A evolução e o uso massivo das tecnologias elucidam o crescimento exponencial de dados. Esse volume de dados tem se traduzido para as organizações como desafios e oportunidades, na medida em que, extrair informações relevantes para suportar a tomada de decisão exige mudanças em processos e atuações. No entanto, tais mudanças de comportamento propiciam vantagens competitivas e sustentáveis às organizações. Dessa forma, a aplicação de técnicas de mineração de dados aliada ao business intelligence possibilita uma ampla visão sobre a organização, a partir da descoberta de novos modelos de atuação, monitoramento e melhoria dos processos já existentes. Nesse contexto, o presente estudo teve como objetivo a exploração de dados, por meio de aprendizagem não supervisionada, para identificação de informações implícitas capazes de subsidiar o processo decisório. Para isto foi desenvolvido um mapeamento sistemático de literatura, tendo em vista, a apropriação de conhecimento literário capaz de auxiliar nas fases da metodologia CRISP-DM. Como ferramenta de operação foram utilizados o Orange Data Mining, por apresentar-se como expansível e de baixo custo, além de suportar uma ampla variedade de técnicas de análise de dados, o Google Sheets e Power BI da Microsoft que contribuíram de forma efetiva para informatização e automatização do processo produtivo. Concluiu-se que os resultados alcançados atingiram os objetivos propostos no estudo, apresentando informações e possibilidades relevantes para otimizações dentro do processo produtivo. O modelo gerado foi capaz de transformar o volume de dados em informações importantes e o dashboard desenvolvido possibilitou a fácil interpretação dos resultados, influenciando positivamente nas decisões da gestão e gerando conhecimento agregado e de valor para a organização.
