Pada PKM ini dengan mengambil objek penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah,Bendahara, Administrasi SMP Kota Tangerang Selatan Gugus 03. Masalahyang diambil berasal dari kurang pengetahuan dan pahamnya kepalasekolah, bendahara terkait fungsi manajerialnya khususnya terkait auditinternal. Program penyuluhan yang akan diberikan oleh narasumber yangahli di bidang Audit diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan auditkepada para pengawas. Program PKM ini diharapkan menjadi kesempatanbagi para pengawas berdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait fungsi manajerialkhususnya audit internal di SMP. Pengawas merupakan pembina kepalasekolah dalam pengelolaan sekolah, meningkatkan kinerja guru dan tenagakependidikan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokoknya. Memahami konseppengembangan program, mendayagunakan teknologi dalam meningkatkanmutu pendidikan. Salah satu kompetensi yang krusial adalah fungsimanajerial dimana pengawas sekolah harus tahu akan apa yang menjadifungsi dan tanggung jawabnya. Pengawas sekolah memiliki tugas untukmemeriksa laporan keuangan yang merupakan wujud fungsi manajerialnya.Pada pelaksanaannya peran pengawas seperti halnya peran auditor yangmeliputi penganalisaan, konsultasi, menilai anggota-anggota organisasi atasefektivitas dalam amanat mereka, menginformasikan tindakan-tindakanyang telah direview, dan memberi rekomendasi. Ruang lingkup auditinternal meliputi pemeriksaan dan evaluasi kecukupan dan keefektifansistem pengendalian internal yang dimiliki organisasi dan kualitaspelaksanaan tanggung jawab yang diberikan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan audit internal, pengawas sekolah, Dana BOS
<p><strong>Background : </strong>Global Breastfeeding Scorecard report that evaluates breastfeeding data from 194 countries, the percentage of infants under six months who are exclusively breastfed is only 9.79% (9 countries). Meanwhile, in Indonesia exclusive breastfeeding for 0-6 months is only 50.67%. Several factor inhibiting exclusive breastfeeding such as lack of breast care during antenatal and physiological conditions of the breast before or during breastfeeding. Pregnant women have difficulty expressing breast milk on the first day until third day after giving birth. One of the alternative method to speed up the breast milk production time is using hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Quasi Experiment with Static Group Comparison design. Hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises are independent variables. Breast milk production time is the dependent variable. The research sample was third trimester pregnant women whose breast milk has not come out at the Clinic Samarinda City. Total sample are 38 respondents and used purposive sampling. Samples were selected by according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique analysis data bivariate used Chi-Square.</p><p><strong>Result: </strong>ρ<sub>value</sub> (0.016) < α (0.05). The relative risk (RR) is 5,152.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The combination of hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises is effective on breast milk production time in third trimester pregnant women at the Clinic Samarinda City. Researchers suggest that health workers can provide training on hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises to pregnant women whose breast milk has not come out (from 28-36 weeks of gestation), training can be done from 36 weeks of gestation.<strong></strong></p><p> </p>
Islam views that accountability should not only be aimed at humans but also Allah. Pesantren, one of the Islamic-based religious institutions, has aided in addressing the educational demands of a wider segment of society. There are ongoing requests for pesantren to display accountability in more suitable ways as they obtain money from stakeholders. Since Islam believes that accountability should not only be financially oriented but is aimed at worshipping Allah and obtaining blessings, the current research aimed to introduce critical themes of pesantren accountability. We were interviewed ten key informants of Assalafi Al Fithrah Islamic Boarding School, Surabaya. By using phenomenology as a method, we found three themes of accountability. First, spiritual accountability is reflected by has a sincere heart and a noble goal. They work for more reasons than just financial aim and welfare, but to do their khidmah (dedicate or submission).They hope to assist both the students and the neighborhood surrounding the Islamic boarding school by offering welcoming places of prayer and by holding frequent Islamic preaching events. In term of program accountability, every activity or program at an Islamic boarding school must be reported in order to ensure that it is accountable. Each program is also widely published using the official Islamic boarding school web site and social media. Financial accountability is reflected by the adaptation of PSAK 45 in the preparation of financial statements. The Islamic boarding school, on the other hand, concluded that financial reporting should not be restricted to paper reporting exclusively. Real responsibility for Islamic boarding schools comes from publicly disclosing their development, at a greater sermon attended by the wider community.
This research is titled Gender Construction in Intimate Relationship on "Friendzone: Lempar Kode Sembunyi Hati" Novel by Alnira (A Framing Analysis). The purpose of this research is to find the expression of feelings between men and women in intimate relationships through the novel characters, and discover the relationships that exist between gender construction and intimate relationships through the analysis of the Gamson and Modigliani framing models. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, where the data presented, are not in the form of numbers and more emphasis on meaning rather than generalization. Data collection techniques used are using documentation techniques and unobtrusive observation techniques, where this technique is a technique used to examine texts, and audio-visual recordings. This research was conducted during the 2019 October to January 2020. The research object is the novel "Friendzone: Lempar Kode Sembunyi Hati" by Alnira, that released on February 2018 with 300 pages. Then the object is dissected using the Gamson and Modigliani Framing analysis model to see how the expression of feelings constructed by gender in Dira and Ransi characters on the novel. The results of this research are, gender can affect the expression of a man and woman in expressing their feelings, where men express their feelings through gestures and non-verbal actions, while women need a recognition of the status of the relationship through their verbal. In addition, gender construction will influence the success of intimate relationships between men and women, if misunderstandings that occur due to differences in conversation patterns can be resolved.
