This study aimed to determine the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcome. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 106 students of vocational high school in Bandung. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that learning motivation a positive and significant influence on student learning outcome . Therefore, the student learning outcomes can be improved through improving the student learning motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru baik yang sudah mengikuti sertifikasi profesi maupun yang belum mengikuti sertifikasi profesi. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 88 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kompetensi dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kinerja guru baik guru yang belum mengikuti sertifikasi profesi maupun yang sudah mengikuti sertifikasi profesi; dan (3) terdapat perbedaan kompetensi dan kinerja guru yang belum mengikuti sertifikasi profesi dengan yang sudah mengikuti sertifikasi profesi.Kata Kunci: kompetensi guru, kinerja guru, sertifikasi profesi, sekolah menengah kejuruan ABSTRACT Research aimed to analyze the influence of teacher's competence on teacher job performance either already certified or not certified profession. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The results showed: (1) the teacher's competence and teacher job performance at the high category;(2) teacher's competence positive effect on the level of teacher job performance of both teachers who have not been certified profession and those already certified professions; and (3) there are differences in teacher's competence and teacher job performance are not yet certified, profession with already certified profession.
This study aimed to determine the influence of work discipline on teacher performance. The research method used survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 45 teachers of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis soft skill siswa yang dikembangkan melalui proses pembelajaran di kelas. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 dengan model rating scale. Responden adalah siswa salah satu SMK Swasta di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap soft skill siswa, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Abstract-the purpose of this study was to analyze influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teacher performance. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question form with rating scale model on scale of 1-5. Respondents are teachers of vocational high schools in Bandung. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the study revealed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment, partially and simultaneously, have positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Thus the teacher performance can be improved through increased job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
The aim of this study was to determine whether the innovativeness variable can mediate the influence between market orientation and marketing performance in the culinary industry in West Java Province, Indonesia. More specifically, this study analyzes the relationship among market orientation, innovation and marketing performance in the single mediation model by placing mediation variable of innovation. The samples involved a total of 209 culinary industries under the auspices of the agency of cooperative and SME services. By using a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS and AMOS v. 23 we understand that innovativeness had the ability to mediate the influence between market orientation and marketing performance. Likewise, market orientation has a positive influence on performance. The implication of this research is that entrepreneurs can improve their innovation capabilities to improve the SME performance. This study recommends that government policies should encourage innovation in SMEs and encourage SME managers to pay more attention and manage innovations to improve their operational performance.
The development of students in mastering the skills of the 21st century is certainly inseparable from the role of educators in understanding the various skills and the use of digital technology associated with it, supported by knowledge management process and knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the knowledge management process and knowledge sharing on teacher literacy skills at State Vocational High Schools (VHSs) in West Java. To collect data, a questionnaire was used. This research used a quantitative approach through descriptive and verification research. Based on the characteristics of the variables, a survey using a 7-point Likert scale questionnaire was conducted. This research was purposely administered to 162 teachers from 54 VHSs at 27 cities/regencies in West Java. The Partial Least Square Structural Path-Modeling (PLS-PM) was used to test the hypotheses. The research outcomes revealed that the knowledge management processes and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on teacher literacy skills. Information literacy is important for building literacy skills, but achievement is relatively low. The teacher needs to align these skills with more appropriate directions so that teachers’ literacy skills in the learning process can be more effective.
