Tracer studies are a method used by tertiary institutions to track, monitor, and supervise graduates that have been produced by tertiary institutions. These activities can make a performance measurement related to the implementation of education so far. Currently, the tracer study has been developed to become a system that can provide decisions and measure graduates using an intelligent agent (AI). In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method, namely developing an information system based on existing data and developed using PHP software, and the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) is a system development method. Researchers have implemented an AI integration framework in a web-based tracer study architecture. System evaluation is used as the next research iteration of the proposed decision support system, this study also aims to monitor graduates. With the existence of an intelligent system-based e-tracer study, it has become an evolution in studying artificial intelligence to support monitoring and as a tool in increasing graduates in Higher Education.Keywords:Systems Framework, Tracer study, Intelligent Systems, Web
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi COVID 19 terhadap pemasaran online bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah jurnal nasional dan internasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM melalui pemasaran online. Hasil kajian literatur menyimpulkan bahwa pandemi virus corona telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi para pelaku usaha di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha terpaksa menghentikan kegiatan usahanya, karena kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Keadaan ini berdampak pada penurunan turnover. Namun di sisi lain terjadi peningkatan transaksi penjualan online yang cukup signifikan sehingga dapat menjadi peluang bagi tumbuhnya UMKM dengan mengoptimalkan pemasaran online.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan internet dan penyaluran kredit perbankan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berbentuk panel data 15 kabupaten kota di Aceh selama periode tahun 2010-2017. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Johanson Co-integration, Panel Vector Autoregressive (PVAR) dan Granger Causality Test. Penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan jangka panjang antara penggunaan internet, penyaluran kredit perbankan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kredit perbankan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penggunaan internet berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit perbankan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selanjutnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyaluran kredit perbankan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengggunaan internet. Hasil Granger Causality Test mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat kausalitas satu arah dari kredit perbankan ke pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penggunaan internet. This study aims to analyze the effect of internet use and bank lending on Aceh's economic growth. The data used are secondary in the form of panel data of 15 city districts in Aceh during the period 2010-2017. The analysis model used is Johanson Co-integration, Panel Vector Autoregressive (PVAR) and Granger Causality Test. The study found that there is no long-term relationship between internet use, bank lending, and economic growth. Bank credit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The use of the internet has a positive and significant impact on bank lending but does not affect economic growth. Furthermore, economic growth and bank lending have a positive and significant effect on internet usage. Granger causality test results indicate that there is a one-way causality from bank credit to economic growth and internet use.

The purpose of writing is to identify and design a web-based Printing Product Ordering Information System on CV. Graphics Pages. The collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews and direct observation of objects related to this research. Web-based Printing Product Ordering Information System at CV. Page Graphics is performed by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) administrative staff in the warehouse sector to record and input product data. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Information System for ordering web-based printing products at CV. Page Graphics has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the programming language PHP and MySQL as its database.
The success of a company is largely determined by the role of motivation given by the leadership to its employees. With the motivation of employees, employees are expected to be able to work productively, thus providing benefits to the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on employee motivation. The employees involved as respondents in this study were 30 respondents, who were employees of PT. POS INDONESIA (Persero) Banda Aceh. Primary data was obtained using a closed questionnaire based on a Likert scale with five ranges. To process the data that has been collected, multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression) is used with the formula Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X2 + b3 X3 + e. The results showed that leadership style has a significant influence on employee motivation. This is indicated by the f-count of 6.88847 and the f-table of 2.92. Judging from the magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.66546 and the magnitude of the multiple determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.44284. This shows that with the correlation (R), it means that the leadership style variable (Autocratic, Participatory, and Liberal) has a direct relationship with employee work motivation while the R2 value means that the influence of leadership style on employee work motivation can only be explained by 44.284% and the rest still influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
