Resumo O Cinema de Cláudio Assis, com especial atenção a três de seus longas metragens (Amarelo Manga, Baixio das Bestas e Febre do Rato), é considerado neste ensaio como ponto de partida para a crítica do sujeito de direito. O ensaio é dividido em três partes. Após breve definição daquilo que se entende por subjetividade jurídica, três arcos narrativos são analisados, um para cada filme considerado. Os arcos selecionados permitirão, ao final, a crítica da noção de sujeito de direito, bem como apontar direções para pesquisas futuras.
Resumo Esse artigo reivindica a inscrição da antropologia americanista na obra de Viveiros de Castros no seio de uma teoria-prática da descolonização permanente do pensamento. O esquema conceptual à disposição no perspectivismo e multinaturalismo ameríndio, se levado à sério, muito mais do que simplesmente inverter ou reverter a summa divisio tradicional entre natureza e cultura, propõe a problematização das assimetrias constitutivas de cada ponto de vista particular. A experiência de pensamento viabilizada pela antropologia dos povos ameríndios permite não simplesmente repensar a relação entre humanos e não-humanos, ou entre natureza e cultura, mas, ao exigir um especial engajamento de todos que entram em contato com a problemática associada a esses dualismos, garante sustento e apoio para a crítica das fronteiras e obstáculos tradicionais erigidos pela imagem dogmática do pensamento filosófico. O presente artigo propõe um debate em duas partes com o perspectivismo ameríndio teorizado pelo antropólogo brasileiro. Em um primeiro momento, serão expostos os principais delineamentos dessa antropofilosofia, concebida como uma rede de relações. Na segunda parte, tentar-se-á apontar brevemente algumas implicações desse projeto para uma ética performativa radical, nas quais o humanismo ameríndio e o xamanismo cosmopolítico serão considerados. Se, diferentemente do pensamento europeu, a humanidade é assumida pelos ameríndios como elemento dado a todas as individualidades existentes, que humanidade é essa que, paradoxalmente, deve ser constantemente reafirmada in actu em sua relação com o corpo, sob pena de perecer diante da lógica da predação? Não há qualquer privilégio metafísico do homo sapiens no contexto da “ontologia amazônica da predação” (que, todavia, antes de ser uma ontologia é uma pragmática radical), pois, onde há intencionalidade por todo canto, o humano não pode estar inequivocamente seguro de sua condição.
