This note describes a device which controls toggle-positioning behavior in technicians. Its application has eliminated toggle-positioning errors and superseded the daily verbal instructions previously employed. It can be applied to the reduction of technician errors in any situation in which a given set of equipment is used repeatedly in different ways over short periods of time.
