Cet article présente les faits saillants d’une recherche de terrain effectuée à Kuujjuaq (Nunavik) en septembre 2016. Son principal objectif est de dresser un portrait général de la place du chien dans cette communauté, tant auprès des Inuit que des non-Inuit. Si la place du chien dans la culture inuit traditionnelle est bien connue et documentée, celle que le chien d’aujourd’hui occupe depuis que les Inuit se sont sédentarisés, qu’ils utilisent la motoneige et qu’ils partagent leur milieu de vie avec des non-Inuit demeure mal comprise. En questionnant la place culturelle et sociale du chien dans une communauté où les populations Inuit et non-Inuit cohabitent, cette recherche tente de faire ressortir les différentes dynamiques reliées aux chiens et vise à acquérir une meilleure compréhension de ce que sont les chiens pour les habitants de Kuujjuaq actuellement. Cet article conclut que les ressources destinées aux chiens et à leur gestion sont limitées et toujours axées sur une perspective de santé et de sécurité humaines, et que les chiens de la communauté occupent une place oscillant entre appréciation et répulsion qui se définit selon le contexte dans lequel on les retrouve et les fonctions qu’ils occupent.
O presente estudo investigou o ensino da disciplina de Sociologia no ensino médio do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Paraíba (IFPB) - Campus Sousa, com destaque para a organização da disciplina no Projeto pedagógico dos cursos integrados ao ensino médio, os conteúdos ensinados e a adoção de recursos pedagógicos nos planos de ensino e diários de classe. Como proposta metodológica, realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza bibliográfica e documental, através do procedimento de análise dos Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso (PPC’s), dos planos de ensino da disciplina e dos diários do professor de sociologia. Dos resultados, é possível perceber uma preocupação com a contextualização dos conteúdos, de modo a estabelecer conexão com recursos pedagógicos que despertem o interesse dos alunos. Por outro lado, percebe-se a necessidade da instituição pesquisada transpor a interdisciplinaridade do papel para a sala de aula, bem como incentivar a disposição para o trabalho em conjunto entre as disciplinas. Igualmente, colocar-se, de forma engajada, no debate para que a disciplina de Sociologia possa continuar a ser ofertada na educação básica.
O texto analisa três coleções didáticas de Projeto de Vida, aprovadas pelo Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD), com o intento de investigar como os discursos acerca do empreendedorismo estão articulados com as relações de saber-poder da racionalidade neoliberal. Para subsidiar teoricamente as análises, autores como Foucault (2008a, 2008b, 2010), Dardot e Laval (2016) são mobilizados. Trata-se de um estudo documental de abordagem qualitativa. A análise identificou definições de empreendedorismo e o empreendedor por meio de comentários valorativos, os quais concebem tais práticas como diferenciais, inovadoras e eficientes na consecução de projetos de vida, matizadas pela competividade e flexibilidade da lógica neoliberal.
O intuito deste artigo consiste em examinar propostas para a educação de candidatos do partido Novo, a partir da análise do discurso de postagens publicadas no Instagram. Visa-se, com isso, investigar como essas propostas ancoram-se em relações de saber e de poder, as quais encontram-se atreladas à racionalidade neoliberal. Para isso, o foco de análise repousa sobre quatro postagens veiculadas no perfil do Instagram de candidatos do Partido Novo. O estudo segue uma abordagem descritivo-interpretativa de viés qualitativo. A fim de subsidiar as análises, valem-se das teorizações de Foucault (2008; 2009; 2010), de Dardot e Laval (2016) e de Laval (2004) e Sargentini (2015; 2017). O exame das propostas permite identificar as implicações da racionalidade neoliberal, a partir da priorização do mercado e do setor privado, por meio de práticas como a premiação dos “melhores” alunos e professores.
