Latar Belakang : Penerapan protokol kesehatan penting dilakukan di era new normal saat ini. Mahasiswa merupakan kelompok usia muda yang berpotensi menularkan virus korona bahkan tanpa menunjukkan gejala sekalipun. Jumlah positif COVID-19 di Indonesia pada era new normal per tanggal 07 Desember 2020 adalah 581.550 kasus. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi penerapan protokol kesehatan dan risiko COVID-19 pada mahasiswa Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak.Metode : Metode penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak angkatan tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2019 sebanyak 571 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 230 responden dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling.Hasil : Hasil penelitian terdapat 176 mahasiswa (76,5%) telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan sebanyak 24 (10.4%) mahasiswa tidak berisiko tertular COVID-19.Kesimpulan : Simpulan penelitian adalah sebagian besar mahasiswa telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan tidak berisiko tertular COVID-19.
Gerakan 1 Rumah 1 Jumantik (G1R1J) merupakan program pemberantasan sarang nyamuk (PSN) dengan mengajak peran aktif seluruh masyarakat untuk mencegah perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes Agepty. Penyakit DBD di Kota Pontianak sebanyak 731 kasus dari 13 puskesmas yang ada di Pontianak. Puskesmas Perumnas II pada tahun 2018 angka kejadian DBD sebesar 66 kasus dan mengalami 1 orang mengalami kematian pada bulan Januari 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas media audiovisual (video) terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap kelompok masyarakat tentang program G1R1J di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perumnas II. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Pre-Experimental Design dengan pendekatan rancangan “One Grup Pre test-Post test”. Jumlah sampel 49 masyarakat dengan 2 kelompok masyarakat yang aktif terdiri dari ibu pengajian dan ibu arisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian dengan media audiovisual dalam bentuk video di Kelompok Masyarakat di RW 05 Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perumnas II terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan nilai p value sebesar (0,000) yang sangat signifikan setelah dilakukan intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perumnas II agar mensosialisasikan G1R1J di seluruh wilayah Puskesmas Perumnas II dengan menggunakan media audiovisual dalam bentuk video, sehingga masyarakat dapat menigkatkan pengetahuan dan membentuk serta dapat menerapkan G1R1J dirumah.
Exclusive breastfeeding is the first intake that is very important for infants aged 0-6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding achievement in the Madurese community in the working area of the outpatient Puskesmas Purun Kecil is 29%. This is due to several things including the habit of giving honey to babies, therefore in giving ASI exclusively is interrupted. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the habit of giving honey to infants aged 0-6, the support of biological mothers from the baby's mother, the support of mother-in-law from the mother's baby, the support of health officers, the working status of a mother, the knowledge of lactation management, the effort to use the independent exclusive breastfeeding, and the exclusive breastfeeding failure. This study uses a cross sectional design. The study sample was 162. The statistical test used was the Chi-square test (X2). The results showed that the determinants of exclusive breastfeeding failure in infants in Peniraman Village and Nusapati Village were the support of biological mothers from the baby's mother, mother-in-law's support of the baby's mother, health worker support, lactation management knowledge, efforts to use independent ASI dairy equipment.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor penyebab terjadinya kejadian SAR pada mahasiwa di Pontianak. Desain yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 279 sampel. Analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yaitu univariat, bivariat (Chi square), dan analisis multivariat (regresi logistik). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa faktor genetik (p value = 0,002) (PR = 1,786; CI 95% 1,278-2,497), trauma sikat gigi (p value = 0,002) (PR = 1,874; CI 95% 1,259-2,790) dan konsumsi air putih (p value = 0,024) (PR = 1,558; CI 95% 1,070-2.270 yang berarti ada hubungan dengan riwayat kejadian SAR. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan faktor penyebab yang paling berpengaruh dalam menyebabkan SAR adalah Trauma Sikat Gigi (PR = 1,994). Kemungkinan seseorang yang memiliki genetik SAR dan sering mendapatkan trauma sikat gigi berisiko 48,66%. untuk mengalami SAR. Anjuran kepada penderita SAR untuk mewaspadai sariawan berkepanjangan untuk segera memeriksakan dan mengatasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi pemicu timbulnya SAR guna mengantisipasi munculnya penyakit sistemik
The World Bank states that the 2010 data 22% of Indonesian people has not had a sanitation facility (latrine). The existence of latrines in Indonesia, according to World Bank data in 2010 about 22% of Indonesia's population does not have latrines. The coverage of national guard to urban areas with 79% and 49% for rural areas. Most of the sludge removal is using the river or dug wells which do not have the requirements of health latrine and contiminate the ground water. Based on the data obtained from the Health Center Community Mempawah Hilir in 2014 of 855 homes were inspected as many as 530 households, households have basic sanitation facilities such as latrines in the Health Center Community Mempawah downstream for 420 households or 79%. This study aims to determine the relationship between the factors of income, knowledge, and attitude, with the ownership of latrines in Malikian, Mempawah Hilir. The research method uses observational design with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study are mothers who have children under five do not have latrines that sebayak 64 respondents. The sampling technique using random sampling. Statistical analysis using chi square test. Decision of research hypothesis testing based on the significance level of 5% (p = 0.05) and confidence interval (CI) 95%. The result show that there are relationship between income and the latrine ownership (p = 0.037), knowledge(p = 0.037) and attitude (p = 0.037). The result shows no relationship between education (p = 0196), and the role of health care workers (p = 1.000) with the ownership of latrines in the Malikian, Mempawah Hilir. Sebagian besar pembuangan tinja masih dilakukan ke sungai atau mempergunakan sumur galian yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan sehingga mencemari air tanah. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dari Puskesmas Mempawah Hilir pada tahun 2014 dari 855 rumah yang dilakukan pemeriksaan sebanyak 530 rumah tangga, rumah tangga yang memiliki sarana sanitasi dasar berupa jamban di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mempawah Hilir sebesar 420 rumah tangga atau 79%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor penghasilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap, dengan kepemilikan jamban di Desa Malikian, Mempawah Hilir, Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah rumah tangga yang memiliki balita yaitu sebanyak 64 responden, di ambil dengan menggunakan random sampling. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan penghasilan terhadap kepemilikan jamban (p = 0.037), pengetahuan (p = 0.037) dan sikap (p = 0.037).
