O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar as ocupações das escolas estaduais pelos estudantes do Rio Grande do Sul que ocorreram nos meses de maio e junho de 2016. Tomamos como materialidade analítica a ocupação da Escola Estadual Normal 1º de Maio, localizada na zona norte de Porto Alegre, utilizando os conceitos “ciberdemocracia” de Pierre Lévy e “cuidado de si” de Michel Foucault e o pressuposto que estas mobilizações podem representar uma reativação do movimento estudantil e um novo uso do espaço público. As ocupações no Estado seguiram, em maior ou menor grau, as ocorridas em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro e Goiás, tanto nas reivindicações contra a privatização do ensino público, da limitação da prática docente ou/e na busca por melhorias de infraestrutura, quanto no formato de organização, um movimento autônomo, autogerido, onde os próprios estudantes realizam o trabalho necessário para o surgimento e consolidação da ocupação e na forma de mobilização através do uso de redes sociais virtuais. A mobilização através da ocupação potencializa o estar junto, visibilizando a necessidade da participação cotidiana para a construção da ação coletiva, através da reapropriação do espaço escolar, da horizontalidade nas interações, do protagonismo, das fruições culturais e do reconhecimento do outro.
Resumo Este artigo objetiva discutir as práticas Estatais produzidas no campo da Segurança Pública, principalmente relacionadas às políticas penais. Fundamentamo-nos nos estudos de Michel Foucault para realizar a análise de documentos relacionados a recursos e ações voltadas ao sistema carcerário do estado do Rio Grande do Sul e notícias veiculadas pela mídia impressa e digital. A análise parte de três vetores vinculados ao investimento em Segurança Pública, quais sejam: o investimento na segurança pública a partir da formação profissional e otimização das condições de trabalho articuladas a este campo; o investimento relacionado a ampliação de vagas e/ou criação de novos estabelecimento no sistema prisional; por fim, o investimento a partir da problematização das penas alternativas que se constituiriam como opção para romper com a racionalidade carcerária. Concluímos que os investimentos realizados não têm produzido redução no cometimento de crimes ou a melhora nas condições carcerárias, mas, sim, a ampliação das formas de encarceramento que incidem sobre corpos constituídos enquanto criminosos. Operacionalizam-se, assim, medidas que se pautam em um arranjo arbitrário de legalidades, permitindo que uma gama de ações seja realizadas em nome da segurança a partir de um cálculo mínimo sobre vidas a serem gerenciadas em um plano de investimento entre baixos custos e a menor repercussão possível, combinada com a ampliação e execução de práticas violentas.
Neste artigo, apresentamos uma discussão sobre a utilização de conceitos na construção de uma tese. Argumentamos a respeito da necessidade de entrar em contato com aquilo que não se faz tão evidente no processo do pensamento e, para tanto, afirmamos a necessidade de problematizar os conceitos numa operação que chamamos de desmontagem. Elencamos então algumas operações envolvidas nesse processo, inspiradas por Deleuze e Guattari, tomando como ponto de partida os conceitos como contingentes e construídos, situando-os no plano de imanência, historicizando-os e articulando-os com o campo problemático em que se constroem. Afirmamos, assim, o caráter criativo da construção de uma tese, na qual desmontar torna-se também remontar conceitos, dando consistência ao processo de produção de conhecimento.
Este artigo tem como objetos o Programa Estadual de Proteção a Vítimas e Testemunhas Ameaçadas do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul e sua relação com a importância do testemunho para a produção de provas judiciais. Com base em um referencial foucaultiano, busca-se interrogar as condições de possibilidade de emergência dessa política pública nos moldes pelos quais é concebida e pensar sobre as racionalidades de Estado que produzem efeitos no governo das vidas que tal programa intenciona proteger. É utilizado como disparador para a discussão o filme “Quanto vale ou é por quilo?”, tratado como materialidade questionadora da lógica de mercado introduzida nas políticas públicas executadas pelo chamado “Terceiro Setor”. Em uma análise das formas de execução das políticas públicas, é problematizada a importância de se romper a lógica mercantilista imbuída nesse processo, em especial, a dos programas de proteção às testemunhas, como uma função ético-política da Psicologia.
Em uma época em que muito se fala sobre inclusão de Pessoas com Deficiência e sobre a necessidade de preparação para o exercício desta inclusão, o presente artigo se propõe a questionar em que momento a surdez passa a ser compreendida como deficiência, sendo incorporada às Políticas Públicas de Inclusão a partir de uma produção acerca de suas especificidades e saberes científicos. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo visa problematizar o momento e a maneira como as pessoas surdas passam a ser público-alvo da Psicologia. Propõe-se, ao longo da discussão, a compreensão dos movimentos de normatização, normalização e governamento da diferença, visando apresentar a possibilidade e/ou necessidade de lançar um novo olhar sobre a surdez com o intuito de modificar a relação entre Psicologia e Surdez, distanciando-se da relação saber-objeto em que tal encontro está instituído. Para tal serão tensionados alguns depoimentos e discursos presentes na fala de profissionais da área, identificando de que lugar a Psicologia fala atualmente e como tais narrativas visibilizam processos de subjetivação da população surda.
