У статті розглядається Кросфіт як один із засобів підвищення ефективності навчальних та позааудиторних занять з фізичного виховання у закладах вищої освіти, спрямованих на формування потреб у фізичному вдосконаленні і самовдосконаленні здобувачів.В результаті дослідження встановлено, що система високоінтенсивної підготовки «Кросфіт» позитивно впливає на рівень фізичної підготовленості здобувачів вищої освіти. Було відмічено збільшення мотивації до фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності, що сприяє оволодінню знаннями сучасних підходів до організації фізичної підготовки, навичок і вміннями самостійного фізичного тренування.Дослідження показали, що заняття з Кросфіту ефективно вплинули на фізичну підготовленість студентів. Так, заняття два рази на тиждень протягом 6 місяців дозволили достовірно збільшити координаційні якості, силові, швидкісно-силові, силової витривалості.В ході роботи з впровадження вправ Кросфіту в процес фізичного вдосконалення здобувачів визначені найбільш оптимальні засоби і методи силового спортивного тренування в цій галузі.Ключові слова: фізичне виховання, фізична підготовка, фізичне вдосконалення, Кросфіт, здоровий спосіб життя. At the present stage, specialists in the field of physical education and sports constantly search for the most effective forms and methods of organization of educational work.The article considers CrossFit as one of the means to increase the effectiveness of training and extracurricular physical education classes in institutions of higher education, aimed at shaping the needs for physical improvement and self-improvement.The study found that the system of high-intensity training CrossFit has a positive effect on the level of physical fitness of students. An increase in motivation to physical culture and sports activities was noted, contributing to the mastery of knowledge of modern approaches to the organization of physical training, skills and abilities of independent physical training.CrossFit classes meet various personal needs, the implementation of which allows to develop physical qualities, motor skills and practical skills, and also helps to meet the socially important needs of the individual -the desire for development, knowledge, communication, competition, positive emotions; achieve concrete goals; development of volitional, moral and aesthetic personality traits. CrossFit provides diversity and efficiency in the physical training of higher education institutions.Studies have shown that the CrosFit exercises effectively influenced the physical fitness of students. So, classes twice a week during 6 months allowed to significantly increase coordination quality, power, speed-force, strength endurance.In the course of work on the introduction of exercises with CrossFit in the process of physical education of students, the most optimal means and methods of strength sports training in this area were determined.
The article analyzes the modern scientific and methodological literature on research and experimentally tests the latest ways to use fitness technology in the system of development of physical qualities of students. Student youth increasingly prefer new types of physical activity, among which one of the first places are classes that use a variety of fitness technologies. Fitness technologies as a form of physical activity, specially organized within group or individual classes, can have both a health direction (reducing the risk of disease, achieving and maintaining proper physical condition) and pursue goals related to the development of abilities to solving motor and sports problems at a high enough level. Physical qualities that develop in the process of fitness technology have the properties of transference, ie their higher development is transferred to all human activities at work and in everyday life and will be manifested in improving the efficiency of mental and physical activity. The results of the experiment showed the effectiveness of the «Modern fitness technologies» program for the development of physical qualities of students of higher educational institutions.
The article analyzes the process of organizing physical self-improvement of higher education seekers in order to increase their motor activity, the scientific literature was studied in order to establish the state of development of the researched problem. Physical activity of student youth is aimed at meeting individual needs of self-realization, self-improvement or can be a way to achieve certain goals (restoration, strengthening and maintenance of health, increase and optimization of physical fitness, formation of an esthetic physique, etc.). Insufficient motor activity in students leads to reduced efficiency, fatigue, sleep disturbances, increased nervous and emotional arousal, decreased initiative, concentration, speed of mental processes and reduced intellectual performance. An important condition for normal development, as well as one of the most important forms of life of the organism is motor activity. Properly organized physical activity is the most important factor in forming a healthy lifestyle and strengthening a person's health, regardless of age.
The article considers the general characteristics of fitness technologies, identifies the main motives and needs of students. With the popularization and development of the fitness industry, solutions to the problem of attracting students to physical education in the framework of training sessions can be found in the possibilities of using various modern fitness technologies. As practice shows, today the most popular fitness technologies are: classical aerobics, dance aerobics, step aerobics, fitball aerobics, strength aerobics using various weights, Pilates, fitness yoga, aqua aerobics, and are gaining great popularity crossfit technologies, etc. To determine the main motives and needs of applicants to engage in various fitness technologies, we conducted a survey and survey of students of the educational and scientific institute of physical education and sports of the State Institution «Lugansk National University named after Taras Shevchenko». 67 students of 1-4 courses took part in these surveys and questionnaires. The list of received motives fully reflects the interests and needs of modern youth. Integrated fitness technologies help to meet the needs and motives of students, increase the level of physical fitness, and also have a positive effect on academic performance and attendance, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process.
