Депрескрайбинг (от англ. Deprescribing: de-отрицание; prescribing-назначение лекарственных препаратов)процесс, обратный назначению лекарств, т. е. планомерная и продуманная отмена препарата с постепенным снижением его дозы с целью улучшения качества жизни пациента и уменьшения риска развития нежелательных лекарственных реакций. Правильной отмены требуют многие группы препаратов, но в данной статье мы рассмотрим лекарства из группы бензодиазепиновых транквилизаторов и так называемых Z-анксиолитиков (зопиклон, золпидем, залеплон)-агонистов бензодиазепиновых рецепторов (Benzodiazepine receptor agonist-BZRA). Следующие рекомендации актуальны для лиц старше 18 лет, получающих терапию BZRA для лечения первичной инсомнии или инсомнии с наличием коморбидных расстройств [1]. Бензодиазепиновые транквилизаторы принято классифицировать по длительности выведения из организма действующего вещества и его метаболитов (см. таблицу) [2, 3]. Данный вред может выражаться в возникновении психической и физической зависимости, сонливости, нарушений равновесия, падений, переломов, когнитивных нарушений, расстройств памяти [3]. Наибольшему риску подвержены пожилые пациенты (хотя все перечисленные эффекты наблюдаются и в молодом возрасте).
