Резюме. В гіпоталамусі знаходяться ядра нейронів як вегетативної нервової, так і ендокринної системи, а також життєво важливі центри-голоду, насичення, терморегуляції, сну й бадьорості. Під впливом черепно-мозкових травм, нейроінфекцій і отруєнь така складна інтегральна система часто порушується, спричиняючи розвиток дисфункції гіпоталамуса. В підготовлених методичних рекомендаціях розглядаються питання етіології, патогенезу, клініки, діагностики та лікування дисфункції гіпоталамуса. В плані лікування основний акцент ставиться на фізіологічних підходах до нормалізації гіпоталамічних порушень. Особлива увага звертається на формування діагнозу відповідно до вимог Міжнародної класифікації хвороб 10-го перегляду, що має важливе значення для впорядкування статистичної звітності. Методичні рекомендації призначені для лікарів-ендокринологів, невропатологів, кардіологів, загальної практики, сімейних.
Abstract. The article deals with the questions of modern aspects of higher medical education in Ukraine, the importance of tasks of the higher medical education, prominent aspects of students' education, necessity for introduction of bioethical principles in the pedagogical process, spiritual revival in students, teaching responsibility in students and doctors in daily activities and in the everyday life.
Огляд літератури /Literature Review/ Цукровий діабет (ЦД)-всесвітня проблема охорони здоров'я. За даними ВООЗ, у світі близько 463 мільйонів хворих на ЦД, і спостерігається тенденція до зростання кількості людей, які живуть із ЦД [1, 2]. Серед усіх пацієнтів із діабетом понад 90 % припадає на ЦД 2-го типу [2, 3]. ЦД є однією з провідних причин хронічної хвороби нирок (ХХН). Важливо, що зі збіль-шенням захворюваності на ЦД 2-го типу частота діабетичних нефропатій також зросла. За даними Великобританії та США, у близько 40 % людей, хворих на ЦД, розвиватимуться хронічні захворювання нирок. Зведені дані з 54 країн показують, що понад 80 % випадків захворювання на термінальну стадію ХХН спричинені ЦД, артеріальною гіпертензією (АГ) або їх поєднанням
