This article highlights how, in pursuing their goals, Indonesian female migrant workers exercised their agency by coping with the challenges of life and work in Saudi Arabia. Due to the lack of legal protection of their rights in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, many such workers suffer various forms of exploitation and maltreatment by actors who took advantage of them. This study examines how three Indonesian domestic workers in Saudi Arabia adapted to an alien environment, overcame problems in the workplace, and negotiated with their employers. This study reveals that these women were not passive victims of the existing social system; they were capable of exercising their agency.
This study aims to examine customer purchase decisions through the go-jek application based on brand image, trust, experiential marketing and perceived price in Semarang City. The research population is all users of the Go-Jek application in Semarang City, with the criteria of at least 2 purchases through the Go-Jek application and a minimum age of 17 years. The sample of this research was 100 respondents through purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing was conducted by using Linear Regression with Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM tools. The results showed that experiential marketing and perceived price positively and significantly affect purchase decisions.
In contrast, brand image and trust do not significantly affect the purchase decision. It confirms that purchasing decisions are influenced by experiential marketing and perceived reputable prices in customers of the Gojek super-app. The results highlight the importance of experiential marketing as a sales strategy that provides customers with a unique, good and memorable emotional understanding. A practical suggestion would imply that paying attention to this variable is more likely to improve customer purchasing decisions on the Go-jek application.
Aside from sports practice, student athletes are required to study on campus, sometimes learning was carried out online. Surabaya State University develops online learning and is named Virtual Learning Surabaya State University, abbreviated as Vinesa. The application of Vinesa needs to get a response from users, one of whom is a student athlete. Therefore, this study aims to determine student athlete perceptions of Vinesa. A cross-sectional approach was used in this research. A total of 125 student athletes were involved in this study (86 male, 39 female, age range of 19–24 years). The research instrument used was the Vinesa perception scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The calculation produces 5 categories, namely very good, good, moderate, less, and very less. The results show that majority of student-athlete perceptions of Vinesa are at a moderate level, namely 45.6%. There was no difference in perception of vinesa in the adolescent and early adult age groups also between male and female student athlete. Based on these results, the Vinesa development team needs to make improvements to the server to make it more accessible. In addition, it is necessary to complete the application usage guide so that it is easier for Vinesa users to understand.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena pada karyawan yang belum termotivasi untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebesar 44 karyawan dan diolah menggunakan pengolahan data secara regensi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga,suasana lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, suasana lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, kemudian motivasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire terhadap kinerja, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh suasana lingkungan kerja terhadap karyawan
