This study aims to determine changes in the meaning of words in the canon of Islamic law in Pidie Regency. The problem raised in this study is how changes in the meaning of words contained in the Canon of Islamic Shari'a in terms of the type of change and the factors that cause changes in meaning. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a content analysis approach. The source of the data in this study was the texts of Kanun Syariat Islam in Pidie district which were compiled in the Aceh Islamic Law. The data from this study are words that experience changes in meaning in the text of Kanun Syariat Islam. Data collection is done by reading and note technique. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis techniques with data selection procedures, data classification and data interpretation. The results of the study show that there are 9 forms of changes in meaning in Kanun Syariat Islam in Pidie district, namely expansion (generalization), narrowing (specialization), exaltation (amelioration), reduction (pejoration), exchange (synesthesia), equation (association), metaphor ( figurative meaning), euphemism (euphemism), and coarseness (dysphemia). The causes of the change in meaning found are historical factors, social factors, psychological factors, factors for the need for new words, and factors for exchange of responses
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui data strategi pembelajaran kontekstual, mengetahui kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Padang Tiji, dan mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Padang Tiji. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis eksperimental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas dari seluruh kelas XI yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Padang Tiji, dengan jumlah sampel 48 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai t= 19,293. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi antara siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual dan siswa tanpa menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual. Kelompok eksperimen memiliki peningkatan kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi yang signifikan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji-t yaitu th sebesar 6,961 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, selanjutnya nilai P sebesar 0,000 (0.0000,05 – signifikan).Kata kunci: Strategi pembelajaran kontekstual (CTL), kemampuan menulis, teks eksplanasi
This study aims to describe taboo words (haba geutham) as a form of language adab and the impact of psychological influences on Pidie community activities. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. The method used is descriptive-analytical. The data of this research are taboo words (haba geutham) as a form of language adab and the impact of psychological influences on the activities of the Pidie community. The data source of this research is informants, namely the people who live in Pidie district. The data was collected using structured interview techniques which are supported by inducement techniques. The data analysis technique used is the stage analysis technique, selecting data, describing the entire data, grouping the data, and analyzing the data. The results of the research found were taboo words (haba geutham) as a form of language adab in Pidie community activities including, (1) taboo language of words relating to animals, (2) taboo language regarding spirits (3) taboo language -words relating to disease, (4) taboo language of words relating to farming activities, (5) taboo language of words relating to hunting activities, (6) taboo language of words relating to nighttime, (7) taboo language words relating to the tradition of marriage, (8) taboo language of words relating to body organs, (9) taboo language of words relating to femininity, (10) taboo language of words relating to the genitals and sexual organs, ( 11) taboo language of words relating to sexual activity, and (12) taboo language of words relating to certain words. Regarding the impact of the psychological influence of taboo words (haba geutham) on community activities Pidie has a negative impact because it is caused by speech, (1) taboo words (haba geutham) because of fear, (2) taboo words (haba geutham) ) because they feel uncomfortable or uncomfortable, (3) taboo words (haba geutham) because they feel impolite and impolite, and (4) taboo words (haba geutham) are contrary to religion.
