Resumo Objetivo: analisar a produção científica sobre a temática da violência contra pessoas transgêneras a fim de identificar e analisar os tipos de violência que acometem essa população e suas formas de manifestação no cotidiano. Método: revisão integrativa de artigos com amostra incluindo quatorze artigos nacionais e internacionais, em inglês, português e espanhol, das bases de dados PubMed e BIREME. Resultados: das oito tipologias de violência encontradas a violência verbal, física e sexual são mais prevalentes nos artigos. As características de manifestação no cotidiano são discutidas em quatro categorias que levam em conta os agentes e locais de ocorrência. Conclusão: mesmo em diferentes contextos, os processos de violência possuem a mesma matriz motivadora que é o estigma social contra as pessoas trans. As consequências para o processo saúde-doença dessa população e os relatos de dificuldade no acesso aos serviços de saúde, evidenciam a necessidade da real inclusão dessa população sob o viés da saúde.
Este estudo objetiva identificar a construção da corporeidade travesti na literatura e delimitar aspectos dessa construção que influenciam em seu acesso à saúde. Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura. A coleta de dados ocorreu nas bases de dados PubMed, LILACS e BVS, utilizando os descritores "pessoas transgênero", "travestismo", "procedimentos de readequação sexual" e "saúde das minorias", como critério de inclusão consideraram-se artigos publicados entre 2009 a 2018 nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol e que respondiam à pergunta norteadora da pesquisa. A análise dos artigos se deu através da Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Selecionados 23 artigos, delineando três categorias: acesso à saúde, corpo e corporeidade travesti e construção e incorporação social da travestilidade. Conclusões: Evidencia-se que particularidades da construção social e corporal travesti estão associadas a adoção de comportamentos de risco e afastamento dos serviços de saúde. Há necessidade de reconstruir os itinerários terapêuticos dessa população para trazê-las ao serviço de saúde, bem como treinamento dos profissionais para superação de preconcepções e garantia de equidade no tratamento.
Resumo O estudo objetiva identificar o processo transexualizador realizado a população LGBT+, caracterizando os tratamentos vivenciados e o acesso aos serviços de saúde por esses indivíduos. Revisão integrativa, que utilizou os descritores: transexualidade, transexualismo, pessoas transgêneras e serviços de saúde para pessoas transexuais, nas bases de dados: BIREME e PubMed, no período de 2013-2018. Foram selecionados 45 artigos, classificados em três categorias Processo Transexualizador (PrTr), Acesso aos serviços de saúde e Políticas públicas efetivas no direito à saúde. Conclui-se que processo transexualizador é desenvolvido no decorrer da vida das pessoas, significando mudanças físicas para a readequação do corpo físico a imagem corporal adequada ao gênero. Existe portanto, uma contradição no acesso aos serviços de saúde, tanto há locais com acesso a serviços especializados, como há outros restritos/inexistentes.
