The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Quadranplus in Jakarta. The number of samples in this study was determined by means of total sampling, namely the sampling technique by taking all populations. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 60 PT Quadranplus employees. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis 3.00. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress and job satisfaction had an effect on turnover intention at PT Quadranplus in Jakarta.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Quadranplus di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan cara total sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil semua populasi. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan PT Quadranplus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS 3.00.Hasil analisis menyimpulkanbahwa stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada PT Quadranplus di Jakarta.
