ABSTRACTThe present article summarises two proposals of education that aim at the formation of the subject in an omnilateral perspective, both pioneers in Brazil. The first is the proposal implemented in the Paraná State Education System, which, even before federal regulations that supported it, implemented the integration between professional and middle education. The second one was developed in schools of the Landless Rural Workers Movement (MST), also in Paraná. Named "Study Complexes", it is based on Russian Pedagogy. Based on bibliographical and documentary research, we found that work as a creative activity is fundamental for an educational proposal which aims at a formation for the emancipation of the human race.
Politics of professional education in the National Education Plan 2014-2024ABSTRACT: The present study intends to develop an analysis of Law 13.005 / 14, of the targets directed at professional education. Starting from the historical approach, of documentary and bibliographic research, it sought to understand the political and social context and what bounded the construction of the National Education Plan (PNE). It was found that the PNE 2014-2024 is the result of conflicts and that, despite many achievements, neoliberal principles appear on the goals and strategies linked to professional education, that aim to increase enrollment in the perspective of an integral education, but with a forecast of transfers of public resources and responsibilities originally from the state to private entities. Keywords: National Education Plan; Professional education; Integrated education.
