RESUMO: A partir de projetos de formação de professores, integrando universidade e escolas públicas, analisam-se aspectos da atividade do licenciando e do professor, tendo por base os princípios da teoria histórico-cultural e da teoria da atividade. As considerações apresentadas decorrem de resultados de pesquisas que as autoras desenvolvem nas universidades públicas em que atuam. Os dados obtidos foram dispostos e analisados em conformidade com os princípios do materialismo histórico-dialético, campo epistemológico da teoria histórico-cultural. Conclui-se que, a partir dos lugares sociais e da atividade principal em que os sujeitos se encontram, há necessidade da diferenciação dos elementos nos universos de significação de tais modalidades de formação, para que a organização do processo formativo seja intencionalmente definida em conformidade com áreas específicas de conhecimento, de modo que as ações se tornem sustentáveis para o movimento de mudança tanto de sentido quanto da ação docente que os sujeitos em formação virão a desenvolver.
RESUMONeste artigo relata-se uma pesquisa cujo objetivo foi investigar aspectos potencializadores da apropriação do conhecimento sobre atividade de ensino, emanados dos princípios e práticas de uma proposta de formação de professores no ambiente escolar, sustentada na teoria Histórico-Cultural com enfoque na Teoria da Atividade.Os dados foram coletadosem um grupo constituído pelo Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), através de questionários, entrevistas, portfólios e emails. A análise documental baseou-se no decreto nº 6.755, que estabeleceu os princípios dessa formação, e a análise das práticas de formaçãobaseou-se no método estruturado pelo materialismodialético, unidade organizada por cenas que compõem episódios e conduzem à identificação dos elementos estruturantes do processo. As falas dos integrantes do grupo convergem para a melhoriada qualidade na formação inicial e contínua dos professores, mas evidências revelam uma prática com ações e reflexões pontuais, restritas ao cumprimento do programa, limitadasao saber fazer. Discussões coletivas e elaboração conjunta dão lugar às ações individuais que não se constituem objeto mediador dos integrantes do grupo no movimento formativo.
Este artigo apresenta uma pesquisa qualitativa desenvolvida com professores de uma escola municipal de Campo Grande/MS, que teve como objetivo investigar os conhecimentos de um grupo de educadores do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental sobre números decimais e a relação com sua prática pedagógica. Para a coleta de dados foram realizadas observação das aulas de Matemática e cinco sessões de atividade, com os professores, sobre números decimais. A análise de documentos, como cadernos de alguns alunos e caderno de plano dos professores, e entrevistas semi-estruturadas foram também realizadas. Como referência para a organização dos dados foi utilizado o modelo teórico desenvolvido por Lee Shulman sobre a base de conhecimentos para o ensino, focando três vertentes: o conhecimento do conteúdo específico, o conhecimento pedagógico do conteúdo e o conhecimento curricular. Os resultados revelam a existência de lacunas no conhecimento específico sobre números decimais desses professores, as quais interferem em seu conhecimento pedagógico do conteúdo e também em seu conhecimento curricular, e tendem a influenciar a forma como organizam o processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos números decimais em sala de aula. Mostram a necessidade de reestruturação dos conhecimentos matemáticos básicos, necessários nos cursos de formação inicial e continuada para professores que atuam na Educação Infantil e anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental.
