Introdução: Com a chegada da pandemia, medidas de distanciamento social foram tomadas para impedir a disseminação do vírus. Nesse contexto, os centros educacionais tiveram que se adaptar para ministrar conteúdos de forma on-line, o que impactou em mudanças bruscas na rotina de universitários. Objetivos: Avaliar a qualidade de vida e o quadro álgico de universitários que estavam na modalidade aulas on-line durante a pandemia. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo transversal e descritivo de abordagem quantitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio dos questionários de caracterização da amostra, inventário breve da dor e o WHOQOL-bref, a fim de obter os dados sobre a qualidade de vida e o quadro álgico de universitários de uma universidade particular do Gama (Distrito Federal), consecutivamente. Resultados: Foram recrutados 100 universitários de diferentes cursos, que apresentavam média de idade de 22,6 ± 3,95 anos, sendo a maioria (74%) do sexo feminino e 45% do último ano de graduação. Em relação ao quadro álgico, 71% dos participantes relataram sentir mais dores durante a pandemia e 66% disseram que essas dores influenciaram em sua qualidade de vida. A região de dor mais relatada foi a região escapular (44%), seguida da parte frontal da cabeça (43%). A média da pontuação dos domínios da qualidade de vida foram: relações sociais (65,92), físico (62,24), meio ambiente (59,02) e psicológico (57,36). Conclusão: Os universitários apresentaram uma qualidade de vida reduzida associada a um quadro álgico relevante durante a pandemia.
