Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre a relação entre violência armada e políticas públicas de saúde a partir de uma etnografia realizada em uma unidade de atenção primária à saúde, localizada em um conjunto de favelas da zona norte do Rio de Janeiro, o Complexo do Alemão. Considera-se fundamental essa política pública, para efetivação da saúde como direito humano, e procura se problematizar alguns pressupostos em torno da relação entre violência e saúde a partir de situações observadas durante trabalho de campo realizado nos anos de 2015 a 2017. Buscouse compreender quais sentidos são dados à experiência da violência armada em sua interface com a saúde, a partir da interlocução com profissionais e usuários de um serviço de saúde, além de representantes dos movimentos sociais.
A dissertação aqui apresentada busca compreender a constituição atual do bairro da Lapa, no Rio de Janeiro, no marco das alterações ocorridas em sua dinâmica nos últimos anos. Tal processo, comumente denominado de "revitalização", adensouse no início dos anos 2000 e caracteriza-se, sobretudo, pela intensificação da vida noturna local e suas implicações. Em meio a tal paisagem de pesquisa, a Rua Joaquim Silva e seu entorno foram eleitos como lócus privilegiado de análise. Ao observar as relações presentes neste espaço, relacionadas ao contexto mais geral do bairro, revelou-se uma série de encontros entre diferentes atores sociais, os quais permitiram compreender, de alguma maneira, por quem e como este espaço é hoje habitado e consequentemente, construído.Palavras-chave: cidade, espaço, territorialidades, intervenções urbanísticas, redes de relação. AbstractThe present thesis aims to understand the contemporary constitution of a region in Rio de Janeiro's historic center called Lapa, considering many changes that affected its dynamics during the last years. Such process, normally refereed as "revitalização", has been intensified since the beginning of years 2000 and it is marked by an increase on Lapa's nightlife. Considering this context, a street named Joaquim Silva was elected as a privileged field of research. Observe the relations there presents, correlated to the neighborhood context, permitted to seek networks and situations experienced between different social actors. Resumo Neste artigo refletimos sobre os sentidos atribuídos ao leite materno, e os diferentes atores e mecanismos morais que orientam e regulam a prática da amamentação. Nosso foco é a “amamentação cruzada”, ato em que um bebê é amamentado por alguém que não sua própria mãe - contraindicado pelo Ministério da Saúde pelo risco de transmissão de doenças. A partir da análise de materiais diversos, como reportagens e postagens em redes sociais, observamos como casos de amamentação cruzada repercutem a partir de um “script”, em que profissionais de saúde alertam para tais riscos, ao mesmo tempo que atestam a segurança dos bancos de leite, onde o leite doado é pasteurizado. Assim, analisamos ambiguidades em torno do leite e da amamentação, chamando atenção para os processos históricos de estabelecimento dos bancos de leite no Brasil. Por fim, à luz das discussões sobre cuidado, debatemos diferentes modos de vivenciar família, maternidade e amamentação.
