Customer loyalty is one of the ways to build a competitive advantage and important issue in e-banking debate to achieve higher profits. While customers are less loyal to their banks and they use e-services of various banks. Despite the importance of e-loyalty, fewer banks appear to be successful in creating e-loyalty of customer. Also, there is a little knowledge about mechanisms to create customer loyalty on the Internet. The purpose of this study is better understanding the impact of e-service quality on e-loyalty of bank customers. In this regard, Hekmat Iranian Bank has been studied. In this study we made use of simple random sampling (SRS). In this method each of elements in the population has an equal chance of being selected. In this research, 384 people were considered among all customers of Hekmat Iranian bank. We also concluded that variables of completing the banking services, security, privacy and accountability and designing website will have a significant positive impact on e-loyalty and finally recommendations are presented according to the research findings.
The prognosis for complete recovery with preplanned surgical intervention in thoracolumbar injuries affecting all three columns but with normal neurologic function is promising based on images, plastic models and 3D simulated model based on digital images.
Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to explore the efficacy of 40 inventive principles of TRIZ for developing researchers' innovative capabilities and to evaluate the extent of application of "40 inventive principles" by inventors in the Research Center of Intelligent and Signal Processing (a successful research center that is producing new products in the field of signal processing and medical engineering). Design/methodology/approach -A range of relevant literature is explored initially. A questionnaire about 40 inventive principles of TRIZ was developed based on literature review. Finally, a data analysis including descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis was designed by using SPSS software. Findings -The results showed that about 71 percent of the researchers have employed TRIZ above the average in their innovative products. Also these studied researchers used TRIZ principles unintentionally. Therefore, if this research center and similar institutes want to make full use of their researchers' abilities, they can facilitate innovation through offering courses on TRIZ, the principles of TRIZ and its other tools to them. Originality/value -This study is probably the first to provide an exploring of TRIZ inventive principles applications through a research center.
Background:
In osteoporotic patients, a useful technique for significantly enhancing the strength of a pedicle screw is augmentation with polymethylmethacrylate cement. However, a rare complication of this procedure is a symptomatic pulmonary cement embolism.
Case Description:
A pedicle screw cement augmentation was performed in a middle-aged female for the failed back syndrome. When she developed symptomatic pulmonary cement emboli, she was successfully managed with conservative measures, including anticoagulation.
Conclusion:
Despite the increased use of cement augmentation for pedicle screw placement and the relatively high incidence of cement leakage into the prevertebral venous system, symptomatic cement pulmonary embolism remains rare. The management of such symptomatic CPE should be evaluated and treated based on both the size and location of the embolism. Here, we presented this case while reviewing three symptomatic and four asymptomatic cases from the literature.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
