Introdução: A ausência de compreensão frente à doença permaneceu estática durante muito tempo e o movimento médico para aliviar os pesares dos afetados, era nulo e a estes, restava o sofrimento, a exclusão social dada o medo de contágio, e a morte. Tais atitudes, tendem a desencorajar a formação de vínculos significativos que mediante os quais se nutrem as forças de invenção e de resistência que constroem nossa própria humanidade. Objetivo: trazer um processo reflexivo frente aos mecanismos de organização de uma unidade de cuidados intermediários e dos reflexos da política nacional de humanização dentro dela. Material e Método: Realizou-se uma busca sistemática nos indexadores eletrônicos Scielo, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e Repositório da Fiocruz. Os termos foram buscados utilizando os seguintes limites: pesquisa com seres humanos; línguas: português, inglês e espanhol; contendo as palavras-chave no título/resumo. A partir disso, pode-se construir uma revisão bibliográfica, que tem como “vantagem principal permitir ao pesquisador a cobertura de fenômenos muito mais amplo do que aquela que poderia diretamente”. Resultados: O serviço oferecido por uma unidade de cuidados intermediários é direcionado a pacientes com necessidades de monitorização contínua e cuidados da equipe multidisciplinar especializada. Nesse sentido, a humanização ganha destaque como ferramenta de acolhida e atribuição de sentidos a condição de saúde e doença. Conclusão: A acolhida multiprofissional deve contemplar o todo do sujeito, uma vez que este reflete dimensões biopsicossociais, e a qualidade da assistência nesse sentido, os processos de humanização denotam a possibilidade de que o doente tenha compreensão de sua condição física e biológica, além da viabilização da ressignificação das condições da doença.
Introdução: A integralidade, conforme a Lei 8080 de 19 de setembro de 1990 compreende “um conjunto de ações e serviços preventivos e curativos, individuais e coletivos, exigidos para cada caso em todos os níveis de complexidade do sistema”, que em sua variedade de vertentes, aponta atributos e valores a respeito de particularidades que são almejadas dentro das práticas de saúde. Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar a atuação da equipe mul-tiprofissional. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura, tendo como base a busca de artigos científicos indexados as bases de dados Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Lilacs e Scielo, utilizando como descritores: equipe multiprofissional, hospitalização e criança, combinados com operadores booleanos, bem como suas traduções para o inglês e espanhol. Realizada a busca foram encontradas 4.295 produções científicas, aplicando filtros e critérios es-tabelecidos de inclusão e exclusão o resultado final foi de 19 artigos que compuseram amostra. A partir dos achados, a discussão foi categorizada em tópicos que envolvem a atuação das práticas multiprofissionais, tais quais: equipe Multiprofissional; Relações interpessoais: equipe multiprofissional e família; Desafios e possibilidade das práticas mul-tiprofissionais. Discussão: O processo de trabalho da equipe multiprofissional está relacionado diretamente à concep-ção dos profissionais acerca do significado do trabalho em equipe e da importância no desenvolvimento e qualidade da assistência prestada. Conclusão: Para o êxito é necessário atenção direcionada às demandas que emergem no cotidiano hospitalar, assim como, propiciar o fortalecimento dos vínculos equipe-equipe, como também, equipe-família, desse modo, possibilitar comunicação eficaz proporcionando à criança hospitalizada um cuidado integral e assertivo a partir da associação destas práticas.
