As doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT) são responsáveis por 70% das mortes anuais mundiais, sendo esta taxa ainda maior em países em desenvolvimento. Dentre as mais prevalentes, destacam-se: obesidade, dislipidemias, hipertensão arterial sistêmica (HAS), diabetes mellitus (DM) e câncer. Objetivo: Analisar os indicadores de risco de DCNT, comorbidades associadas e hábitos de vida que contribuem para o desenvolvimento dessas doenças em adultos. Métodos: Pesquisa documental, de caráter exploratório, na qual foram utilizados prontuários eletrônicos de pacientes com DCNT, disponível no sistema e-SUS. A coleta de dados foi realizada na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) 03 de Samambaia-DF, entre fevereiro e maio de 2021. A amostra foi composta por 163 prontuários de pacientes, de ambos os sexos, com idade entre 18 e 59 anos e diagnóstico de uma ou mais DCNT. Resultados: Observou-se que 87,5% dos pacientes estavam com excesso de peso, 84,66% apresentaram HAS, com predomínio no sexo feminino, 44,79% possuíam DM, 10% praticavam atividade física, 8% tinham hábito de fumar e 17,8% faziam uso de bebida alcoólica. A maioria apresentou excesso de peso, alimentação inadequada e inatividade física. Conclusão: As principais DCNT referidas na amostra foram HAS e DM tipo ll, com predomínio no sexo feminino.
