The virus called covid-19, which emerged in the last months of 2019 in Wuhan, China's Hubei province, has affected the world. Due to the virus, which has a high human-to-human contagion, people with decreased social activities all over the world have entered a new life order in which they are forced to stay at their homes. With this new order, the use of technology has expanded in order to satisfy the desire to socialize, which is a necessity of human life. During the pandemic period, it was observed that video calls were used more to get rid of the loneliness and the monotony created by social isolation; the use of social media tool sand the duration of watching movies/ series on new media platforms or televisions increased.
