Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi setiap orang termasuk di lingkungan sekolah. Pola hidup sehat seharusnya sudah menjadi kebiasaan baru untuk masyarakat Indonesia di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, melalui edukasi PHBS berbasis start-up yaitu berbasis android yang mudah diakses diharapkan mampu menjadi upaya preventif pencegahan di masa pandemic covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terutama para remaja mengenai pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Sasaran Kegiatan pengabdian adalah siswa dan guru, yang dilaksanakan di SMA Boyolangu Tulungagung pada bulan Juni 2021, dimulai dengan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan cara daring melalui zoom meeting, dan dilengkapi dengan penyampaian bahan ajar edukasi dikemas dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis android. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest sebagian besar (76.6%) remaja kurang mengetahui informasi tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat selama pandemi, tingkat kesadaran untuk melakukannya juga dalam kategori rendah. Hasil posttest hampir seluruhnya (90%) pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja meningkat tentang pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Remaja menyadari pentingnya berolahraga secara teratur, memakan buah-buahan dan sayur sayuran, tidak merokok didalam rumah, menggunakan air bersih serta pentingnya menggunakan jamban sehat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan untuk kegiatan pengabdian atau penelitian selanjutnya, untuk kegiatan selanjutnya lebih komprehensif dan disampaikan melalui media yang lebih inovatif yang mendukung informasi terkait PHBS pada remaja dapat menjaga kesehatan pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ini.
