The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT. Bangkit Maju Bersama either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the associative method. The technique used is random sampling using a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that motivation has a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination of 0.514. Work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination of 0.426. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination of 0.620. This finding confirms that the increase in work productivity is caused by factors of motivation and work discipline of employees, with an opportunity value of 62%. This implies the importance of paying attention to the spirit aspect in carrying out work, and paying attention to the level of work compliance.
Masuknya virus corona ke wilayah Indonesia akhir-akhir ini membuat kepanikan tersendiri pada masyarakat Indonesia. Kementerian Kesehatan RI mengemukakan bahwa Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) merupakan kategori virus baru yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit pada pernapasan manusia. Semakin meningkatnya jumlah pasien yang diakibatkan Covid-19 ini membuat pemerintah Indonesia mengeluaran berbagai kebijakan untuk dapat menyelesaikan kasus Covid-19, salah satunya adalah dengan mensosialisasikan gerakan Social Distancing. Selain itu pemerintah menerbitkan PP Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang kebijakan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) yang merupakan strategi pemerintah untuk dapat mencegah virus corona semakin menyebar. Dengan adanya pendemi penyakit Covid-19 ini beberapa perusahaan mengurangi jumlah pekerja atau karyawan sehingga terjadi PHK terhadap karyawan sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran penyakit. Hal ini berimbas terhadap sektor perekonomian, khususnya bagi para pekerja di sektor informal yang umumnya memiliki pendapatan berbasis harian. Tim PKM dosen Universitas Pamulang telah bekerjasama dengan masyarakat kelurahan Kukusan kecamatan Beji bersatu dengan Aparatur pemerintah setempat membuat gerakan kepedulian terhadap masyarakat terutama pekerja informal yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk pembagian paket sembako kepada masyarakat kecil dan pekerja informal seperti driver ojek online, pelaku UMKM, hingga tunawisma di sekitaran wilayah Kelurahan Kukusan Kecamatan Beji Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Pada Tanggal 21 Mei 2020 Tim PKM dari Dosen Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Pamulang telah melaksanakan tugas Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sesuai yang direncanakan dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan demi mencegah penularan wabah virus corona sesuai anjuran pemerintah.Kata Kunci: Tanggung Jawab Sosial, Mental SDM, Pandemi Covid-19
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan strategi pengembangan SDM dan memotivasi karyawan RS Medika BSD agar menjadi SDM unggul untuk menghadapi era globalisasi dan persaingan bebas. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dan persaingan bebas di masa sekarang ini, diperlukan SDM unggul yang memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya sehingga mampu melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik dan maksimal. Dengan adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini dapat membawa dampak yang positif kepada RS Medika BSD pada umumnya dan para karyawan pada khususnya agar semakin termotivasi dan mengembangkan kompetensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi serta role play dalam konteks mensosialisasikan strategi pengembangan SDM dan memotivasi karyawan RS Medika BSD agar menjadi SDM unggul untuk menghadapi era globalisasi dan persaingan bebas.Kata Kunci: PKM, SDM, Rumah Sakit, Globalisasi, Persaingan Bebas
