Subjects of this study are two Slow Learner students in in Margosari elementary school.. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method and case study approach. Data collection is using participative observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data validity test uses source and method triangulation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman data analysis that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this research is that intrinsic and extrinsic learning motivation on Slow Learner students are high. The intrinsic motivation of Slow Learner students having a passion and desire to succeed, having a motivation about the need of study proven by the students that being active while learning, and having wishes and dreams of the future. While extrinsic motivation of students consists of the awards in learning, interesting learning activities and a conducive learning environment.</em><em></em></p></td></tr></tbody></table>
This research aimed to obtain information about the effectiveness of digitalbased educational comic media in improving reading interest of elementary school students This research is a the experimental research with design the one group pretest posttest. The research subjects were the students of SDN Jogorogo 3 and SDN Talang, Ngawi Regency in the 2018/2019 academic year. The data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using t-test. This research discusses the increase in reading interest based on the N-Gain scale which is grouped into several indicators. The results showed effectiveness of the use of digital-based educational comic media in improving reading interest in elementary school students.
This study aims to analyze the ability of preservice elementary teacher ability in poetry writing containing character education with local wisdom persepective. Mix method research approach is used with research design is triangulation design. The research subjects were 35 students of the elementary school teacher education program. The data were obtained through the technique of writing poetry tests and interviews. The analysis of the test used aspects of poetry writing skills. The research findings provide views that students have been able to write poetry with their own imagination, include the meaning of poetry, the advice, and are able to integrate character values with local wisdom. Mastery of the diction aspect is the lowest among other aspects that need to be improved. Recommendations of this research to educators and future research as a review for developing effective Indonesian language learning in the elementary school teacher education program, especially in productive language skills, namely creative writing with character education and local wisdom.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceptual Motor Training (PMT) terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian murni (True Experimental Design) dengan rancangan Before-After Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Assigment. Responden penelitian ini adalah 21 anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Al Islam 4 Surakarta sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 21 anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Al Huda Surakarta sebagai kelompok kontrol. Uji validitas data menggunakan koefisien korelasi dan analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik setelah data dinyatakan normal dan homogen dengan taraf signifikasi > 0,05. Uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas menggunakan Kolmogorov Smirnov dan Levene test for Equality of Variance.Uji hipotesis menggunakan t-test dengan SPSS 22 for windows.Simpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Perceptual Motor Training (PMT) memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 5-6 tahun yang dibuktikan oleh adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol (ρ>0,05). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai postest unjuk kerja keterampilan motorik kasar pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan 38,24 dan 34,52. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Perceptual Motor Training (PMT) terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun.Peningkatan motorik kasar anak dapat dilihat dari anak yang mampu untuk melakukan berbagai macam gerak lokomotor, gerak manipulatif, dan keseimbangan dengan benar dan terarah.
This service activity aims to improve creative writing skills with character education for elementary school teachers through face-to-face and virtual training. The participatory method was used in this training to stimulate teachers to be active in practicing poetry writing both in theory and practice. Face-to-face meetings were held twice for theoretical training, while virtual meetings were held for practical training in writing poetry and presenting it. Based on the results of scoring the ability to write poetry in the posttest session, the classical ability in writing poetry was 84.90%, where at the pretest stage it was 70.79%. The results show that poetry writing training containing character education through a mixed face-to-face and virtual method (Hybrid Learning) is able to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in writing creative poetry types. The improvement in the poetry writing skills of the participants was seen in all aspects of writing poetry, including themes and meanings, the power of imagination, accuracy of diction, and the message.
