Este artículo tiene el propósito de compartir los resultados de las aptitudes y actitudes de estudiantes de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, en relación con el trabajo en equipo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 369 estudiantes que respondieron dos cuestionarios en línea. Se evaluaron las dimensiones siguientes: importancia que le asigna el estudiantado dentro de sus respectivos ámbitos profesionales, grado de desarrollo de habilidades, contribución de la universidad en su fomento, experiencias durante el periodo de contingencia, actitudes y reflexiones del estudiantado, incluyendo el manejo de herramientas TIC para esta modalidad grupal. Los resultados indican que, en términos generales, hay un buen desarrollo de habilidades y también buenas actitudes del estudiantado en relación con el trabajo en equipo. Sin embargo, existen diferencias basadas en la licenciatura que cursan y en ciertos factores que marcaron experiencias previas, como la conformación del equipo y el nivel de responsabilidad de los integrantes, la materia y el tipo de producto solicitado. Sugieren un papel más activo del docente para lograr mayor efectividad del trabajo en equipo.
