Résumé La problématique de l’exclusion semble de plus en plus se poser comme l’un des paradigmes constitutif du lien social. L’inflation et la nature des écrits à ce sujet, notamment de la part des cliniciens la considérant, pour certains, comme symptôme nouveau, ne viendraient-elles pas se former comme compensation d’un manque d’implication méthodo-clinique par une application de théories à vocables métapsychologiques en lieu et place de la mise en pratique d’une méthode ? Cette dernière autoriserait la mise à l’épreuve d’un savoir issu « des variantes de la cure type », en le dialectisant aux variables langagières institutionnelles et sociales. C’est cette idée, élaborée de façon épistémologique, que les auteurs, ici, ont voulu soumettre à l’épreuve de leurs pratiques.
Résumé La question de la filiation est souvent utilisée du côté d’un assujettissement à l’appartenance référé à une alliance entre savoir et sens commun. L’auteur se propose dans ce texte de la revisiter « praxéologiquement » en la dialectisant avec les questions d’origine, d’exil, de généalogie et de transmission tout en la soumettant aux lois du langage et de la parole.
Résumé Le trauma du sexuel pourrait-il tenter de se dire au sein de la rencontre clinique, rencontre de l’altérité transférentielle, sous pré-texte du trauma de la mort caractéristique de la souffrance traumatique et de sa symptomatologie ? Telle est la question que nous allons aborder ici, en suivant le parcours de M. A, grand brûlé affecté par une névrose traumatique. Nous montrerons comment le père comme symptôme, révélé par le fantasme freudien de fustigation, pourrait déterminer, à la fois la conduite à risque du sujet, mais aussi et surtout sa prise en charge clinique. A ce titre, nous examinerons les enjeux transféro contre transférentiels de la « passion de l’ignorance » du symptôme, à l’œuvre chez le sujet comme dans la dite rencontre, et ce afin d’en tirer quelques enseignements dans la clinique du traumatisé.
