INTRODUÇÃO: Com a propagação da COVID-19, os hospitais precisaram se adequar ao alto número de internações em um curto período, principalmente nas Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTIs). Para ofertar um melhor atendimento, a equipe multiprofissional precisa identificar as principais demandas dos pacientes. OBJETIVO: Analisar as contribuições da farmácia, fisioterapia e psicologia voltadas para pacientes com COVID-19 nas UTIs de hospitais. MÉTODO: Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa nas bases de dados PubMed, EBSCO, LILACS e SciELO, no período de março a abril de 2020, nos idiomas de Português e Inglês. RESULTADOS: Na Farmácia, observou-se a complexidade da farmacoterapia existente para a COVID-19, demonstrando fragilidade e maior necessidade de monitoramento clínico do paciente para verificação da efetividade do tratamento proposto. Já, na Fisioterapia são apresentados protocolos de ventilação para paciente com COVID-19 e a mobilização precoce para diminuir os efeitos deletérios da internação. Por sua vez, na Psicologia o contexto de internação em UTIs em decorrência da COVID-19 pode gerar alterações emocionais relevantes nos pacientes. CONCLUSÕES: Com o conhecimento adequado e trabalho voltado aos pacientes internados em UTIs por COVID-19 foi possível verificar contribuições relevantes das áreas da Farmácia, Fisioterapia e Psicologia que visassem qualidade de vida e bem-estar o paciente.
