Keterlambatan tumbuh kembang anak terutama di sektor motorik kasar mempunyai angka yang cukup tinggi baik di dunia maupun Indonesia dan berdampak buruk apabila anak tidak diberikan rangsangan dan stimulus pada motorik kasar yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam beberapa aspek misalnya anak mengalami gangguan pada berjalan, seringnya terjatuh saat melakukan gerakan melompat dan tidak dapat mengontrol gerakan–gerakan otot lainnya. Terdapat banyak cara untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik kasar untuk anak usia dini salah satunya senam fantasi yang bisa dijadikan salah satu alternatif untuk stimulasi dalam mengembangkan motorik kasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam fantasi terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia prasekolah. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode penelitian Pre Eksperimental dan model rancangan One Group Pre Test-Postest Design. Sampel penelitian yakni anak usia 4-5 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 39 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistic Marginal Homogeneity. Berdasarkan uji statistik Marginal Homogeneity didapatkan nilai p-value < 0.05 artinya terdapat pengaruh senam fantasi terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia prasekolah di PAUD SPNF SKB Negeri KM 5 Kota Palembang. Terdapat pengaruh senam fantasi terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia prasekolah di PAUD SPNF SKB Negeri KM 5 Kota Palembang.
