Resumo: O mercado de trabalho brasileiro é caracterizado por profundas desigualdades. As desigualdades salariais, por vezes são acompanhadas de discriminação. Nesse contexto, o presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a diferenciação de salários por gênero e cor no mercado de trabalho da região Sul do Brasil, nos anos de 2002 e 2013. Tendo por base as teorias do capital humano, da segmentação e da discriminação, utilizou-se a Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (PNAD/IBGE) a fim de estimar as equações mincerianas de determinação de salários, bem como a decomposição de Oaxaca-Blinder para medir a discriminação. Verificouse que o hiato salarial entre homens e mulheres foi ocasionado, principalmente, pelo impacto discriminatório. As diferenças salariais entre brancos e não brancos, ocorreram sobretudo em função da diferença nos fatores produtivos. No entanto, houve convergência nos aspectos produtivos entre os dois grupos além de redução do impacto discriminatório de cor de pele. A conjuntura que se apresenta requer um aprofundamento de políticas que busquem não apenas a equidade dos atributos produtivos entre a população, mas também, que garantam a equalização dos direitos sociais e o combate a discriminação.Palavras-chave: Mercado de trabalho. O artigo resulta de um estudo cujo objetivo foi analisar a discriminação salarial de gênero e cor de pele na região Norte do Brasil em 2004 e 2013. Com base nas teorias do capital humano, segmentação e discriminaçãoe a partir dos dados da PNAD/IBGE, estimaram-se as equações de determinação dos salários e utilizou-se a decomposição de Oaxaca-Blinder para detectar a discriminaçãosalarial. Verificou-se que o impacto discriminatório foi o principal responsável pela disparidade salarial existente. O hiato salarial entre brancos e não brancos deveu-se à diversidade nos fatores produtivos individuais. Além disso, a aproximaçãodas características produtivas dos trabalhadores influenciou positivamentena redução das diferenças salariais entre gênero e negativamente na corda pele. Resumo O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as diferenças salariais entre homens e mulheres e entre brancos e não brancos ocupados nos setores agrícola e não agrícola do Brasil nos anos de 2004, 2012, 2015 e 2019. Para isso, foram utilizados os dados da PNAD para os anos de 2004 e 2015 e os dados da PNADC para 2012 e 2019, fornecidos pelo IBGE. O método de Firpo et al. (2007) foi empregado para decompor os diferenciais ao longo da distribuição de salários. Verificou-se que, nos dois setores e anos considerados, as diferenças salariais por gênero foram maiores no 10o quantil da distribuição, em razão, sobretudo, do efeito estrutura salarial. Já os diferenciais de salários entre brancos e não brancos foram maiores no 90o quantil, em função do elevado déficit dos não brancos nas características produtivas (efeito composição). Entre 2004 e 2015, houve crescimento das diferenças salariais entre os grupos inseridos no setor agrícola, particularmente, nos 10o, 25o e 50o quantis, enquanto no setor não agrícola houve redução. Entre 2012 e 2019, ocorreu redução das diferenças salariais por gênero nos dois setores e aumento das diferenças por cor. Por fim, comprovou-se que os diferenciais de salários foram maiores no setor agrícola.
