Objetivo: identificar os principais meios de comunicação associados na disseminação de fake news em tempos de pandemia da COVID-19 no Brasil. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada as buscas nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), National Library of Medicine (PUBMED) e Google Scholar, foram utilizados como descritores “COVID-19”, “Mídias sociais”, “Saúde Pública” e “Feke News”. Como critério de inclusão foram utilizados: aqueles que abordassem a temática Mídias sociais e Fake News; artigos disponíveis em português, inglês e publicados entre os anos de 2020 e 2021. Resultados: Foram identificados nove artigos que cumpriram com os requisitos selecionados, onde ficou evidente que as redes sociais estão diretamente associadas as notícias falsas, além disso, uma das mais citadas, foi o WhatsApp, seguido por Facebook, Twitter, Instagram e YouTube. As redes sociais durante a pandemia da covid-19, foram consideradas as grandes disseminadoras de fake news, atacando autoridades, medidas de enfrentamento a doença como isolamento social, uso das máscaras, e principalmente contra os imunizantes, praticado até mesmo pelo próprio presidente da República. A desinformação propagada pelas redes sociais, impactou diretamente à saúde da população e nas equipes de saúde. Considerações finais. Deve haver medidas de combate e vigilância nas informações compartilhada pelas redes sociais, assim como, punições para os indivíduos que fazem o uso de tais ferramentas com má intenção.
Objetivo: Descrever sobre os benefícios de terapias por exercício para o parto normal através da vivência de graduandos em enfermagem durante o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado (ECS) I no setor pré-parto, em um hospital no interior da Amazônia. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, de cunho descritivo sobre a vivência de acadêmicos do 9º período do curso de enfermagem pela Universidade Federal de um município do Amazonas no Médio Solimões, correspondendo a uma carga horária de 210 horas. O estágio ocorreu de 05 de novembro a 12 de dezembro de 2019 em um hospital de média complexidade. Os tipos de exercícios executados foram: exercício respiratório, caminhada, massagem, agachamento com apoio de barras de metais e bola suíça, tais práticas foram realizadas de acordo com evidências na literatura atuais. Resultados e Discussão: Foi possível constatar a diminuição dos quadros álgicos, o alívio do estresse, o medo do parto e até mesmo a minimização da ansiedade, deixando as parturientes mais relaxadas. Além disso, os benefícios foram visíveis na redução do tempo de trabalho de parto. Considerações Finais: A prática contribuiu para a formação dos estudantes acrescentando novos conhecimentos e aprendizados, assim como um olhar direcionado para a atenção integral à saúde da mulher.
Objetivo: descrever as práticas de higienização das mãos por profissionais de enfermagem na assistência ao paciente crítico no Centro de Terapia Intensiva de um Hospital Universitário. Método: trata-se de um estudo transversal, realizado em 2019, em um centro de terapia intensiva (CTI), na cidade de Manaus, Amazonas. A amostra foi composta por 25 profissionais. Aplicou-se um checklist, composto por variáveis demográficas, de higiene pessoal, e de assistência a procedimentos não invasivos e invasivos e técnica de lavagem das mãos, por equipe treinada, mediante observação. Realizou-se análises descritivas com auxílio de programa estatístico, calculou-se frequências absolutas e relativas para as variáveis qualitativas e medidas de tendência central e de dispersão para as variáveis quantitativas. Resultados: participaram,10 enfermeiros e 15 técnicos de enfermagem, sendo 76% do sexo feminino e 24% do masculino, a média de idade correspondeu 39,7 anos. Em relação ao emprego da técnica de higienização das mãos, observou que 80% dos profissionais não executavam corretamente. Quando considerado a HM antes e após a execução de procedimentos não invasivos, em média 43% realizavam e 22% não, para procedimentos invasivos, em média 21% realizavam e apenas 1,8% não. Conclusão: verifica-se que a higienização das mãos entre os profissionais observados é insuficiente.
Objetivo: O propósito do estudo é apresentar as experiências vivenciadas por discentes graduandos no curso de enfermagem no decorrer das práticas desenvolvidas no ECS em um hospital universitário na capital Manaus-AM. Metodologia: O presente estudo refere-se a um relato de experiência, acerca das vivências de discentes de graduação em enfermagem do Instituto de Saúde e Biotecnologia (ISB) da Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM), no decorrer da disciplina Estagio Curricular Supervisionado (ESC) I. O mesmo desenvolveu-se em um Hospital Universitário de alta complexidade no setor de UTI adulto, no período de 18 a 20 de novembro de 2019. Resultados: O ECS numa UTI adulta foi de suma importância para o ensino e aprendizagem dos discentes do curso de enfermagem, onde os mesmos tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer a estrutura da unidade e até mesmo aplicar a assistência em saúde direta aos pacientes tais como: exame físico céfalo caudal, instalação de coxins, verificação de sinais vitais, anotação e evolução do paciente. A experiência adquirida neste ambiente hospitalar contribuiu de forma significativa para a formação profissional do enfermeiro. Considerações Finais: O ECS é indispensável na trajetória acadêmica, pois, o mesmo permite o contato com grandes estruturas hospitalares de grande porte que disponibiliza de UTI, onde os discentes têm a oportunidade de empregar, na prática, a teoria adquirida na sala de aula e, em simultâneo, adicionando novos conhecimentos.
