International audienceTwo approaches can be used to analyse the unemployment training programs efficacity. The first approach focuses on the psychological dimensions (psychological well-being and self-perception) and studies which can explain the reemployment rates. The second focuses on the psychosocial dimensions (relation between subject and environment). This article presents these two approaches with some representatives studies and proposes some practicals learnings for unemployed's training programs.L’efficacité des dispositifs d’accompagnement à destination des demandeurs d’emploi peut être évaluée selon deux points de vue différents. Le premier se centre sur les dimensions psychologiques (bien-être psychologique et image de soi) pouvant permettre d’expliquer les taux de réemploi à la suite de la participation à un dispositif. Le deuxième se centre sur les variables psychosociales (relation sujet–environnement) pour expliquer le taux de réemploi. Cet article présente ces deux points de vue au travers de quelques exemples d’études représentatives et en tire des enseignements pour les pratiques d’accompagnement
L’objectif de cette étude est d’étudier la perception de l’engagement en tant que sapeur-pompier volontaire (SPV) en termes de conflit et/ou d’enrichissement de rôles auprès de personnes soit n’étant pas encore engagées mais souhaitant l’être (aspirants ou jeunes sapeurs-pompiers), soit étant engagées depuis plus ou moins longtemps (de moins de 3 ans à plus de 10 ans). L’échantillon est constitué de 286 personnes. Les résultats montrent que, avant ou au début de l’engagement, le rôle de SPV est surtout perçu comme une aide pour obtenir plus de reconnaissance et une ressource pour la famille et les loisirs. Avec la prolongation de l’engagement, les obstacles deviennent plus présents, s’accompagnant de contraintes objectives choisies ou subies (mariage, enfant, emploi). Des implications pratiques de ces résultats sont discutées.
