A ação do ensinar tem, historicamente, a atenção, dos educadores e estudiosos sobre as abordagens pedagógicas, voltada para o processo de ensinar e aprender. Apreciar esse processo para a formação humana, para além da mecanização da aprendizagem, requer partir dos saberes culturais e do conhecimento sistematizado. Este estudo objetiva apresentar a sistematização pedagógica como possibilidade teóricoprática a ser adotada pelo professor. Aportado teoricamente no conceito do diálogo e na teoria crítica, propõe abordagem da ação do ensinar e aprender na perspectiva crítico-reflexiva. Trata da produção teórica sobre o tema e das experiências com a docência com o procedimento metodológico de diário de campo e reunião de material do acúmulo na práxis interventiva em ambientes educativos. Enuncia a abordagem denominada AAC- Abordagem da Ação Crítica. Conclui que é a apropriação epistemológica pelo professor que promove a ação do ensinar aprender mais do que o domínio de técnicas pedagógicas.
O artigo em questão é uma interface de estudos de pós-doutoramento e que ao longo dos últimos sete anos vêm se aplicando no cotidiano de sala de aula e na formação continuada de professores. O texto está organizado em três seções que tratam dos conceitos fundamentais para compreensão das relações humanas em contextos e ambientes diferentes e que se estabelecem desde a infância a idade adulta. Para explicar o aporte teórico e o desenvolvimento da ação educativa utiliza autores que estudam e operacionalizam-nos diferentes níveis da educação e da formação humana. Entre eles Paulo Freire e Elenor Kunz, e concepções de Husserl, Habermas, Merleau-Ponty e Damásio que concorrem para a compreensão de sistemas de pensamento no âmbito das relações humanas e pedagógicas. O pensamento se desenvolve a partir da apreciação dos conceitos temáticos diálogo, consciência e intencionalidade e conclui com elaboração sobre a condição humana e a relação social.
