Résumé L’auteur dégage les traits saillants communs à 20 protocoles de Rorschach et de TAT de sujets âgés névrotiques, institutionalisés. Une comparaison avec la névrose actuelle, l’état-limite et la démence sénile de type Alzheimer s’en suit permettant de rapprocher et de différencier la névrose vieillie de ces catégories nosographiques.
Résumé Dans le cadre de l’hypercomplexité faisant intervenir les facteurs environnementaux, psychiques et neurobiologiques, l’auteur analyse trois cas de figure relevant de deux types de maladie d’Alzheimer et du syndrome de glissement. Il tente de cerner la dynamique des forces de destruction et de construction au regard de la théorie psychosomatique de Pierre Marty qui privilégie le système fixation-régression, et propose un modèle de compréhension à partir de la puissance du désir, y compris celui d’autodestruction.
Résumé Les auteurs tentent de cerner les différentes modalités de fonctionnement de la pensée en voie de démentalisation : ils en ont dégagé les notions de pensée figurative, pensée démembrée, pensée primitive, pensée postfigurative. En raison d'une pathologie spécifique du lien, la restauration du sens, quand elle a lieu, n'est possible qu'à partir d'une relance affective.
En soulignant la diversité des fonctionnements psychiques à la ménopause et à l’andropause, l’auteur analyse différents cas de figure. La rupture de l’équilibre psychosomatique et la déstabilisation des systèmes d’investissements que provoque fréquemment l’épreuve du vieillissement entraînent un remaniement économique. Ce remaniement passe par une remobilisation narcissique qui fait plus ou moins appel à la mentalisation et/ou au corps - cette remobilisation pouvant être salutaire (narcissisme positif) ou pouvant également, mais à des degrés divers, échouer allant parfois jusqu’à un narcissisme négatif, mortifère, et aboutissant dans certains cas à des somatoses.
