Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar na literatura científica as principais assistências no âmbito das emergências e as medidas de segurança para os profissionais de saúde durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo revisão integrativa de literatura, a partir de publicações científicas indexadas as bases de dados da Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), National Library of Medicine (PUBMED) e o Google Acadêmico, cuja amostra final se deu por 21 artigos. As principais assistências de emergência prestadas durante a pandemia da COVID-19 estão os psicológicos, odontológicos e os cirúrgicos, que demonstraram redução dos casos em virtude das medidas de segurança adotadas. Na busca por minimizar as infecções a profissionais de saúde e pacientes que se encontram nos ambientes hospitalares, medidas de segurança foram adotadas, como o uso de EPI’s de acordo com a complexidade de atendimento e realizado treinamento para o manuseio adequado desses equipamentos de segurança. O presente estudo demostrou que as assistências de emergência prestadas durante a pandemia da COVID-19 buscaram ofertar atendimentos seguros, visando resguardar a saúde dos profissionais que atuam na linha de frente, assim como dos pacientes.
Objetivo: Descrever a adesão ao autocuidado em idosos com diabetes mellitus tipo 2. Métodos: Estudo de revisão integrativa, com abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa bibliográfica foi concretizada em bases de dados, cientificamente válidas, por meio da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), selecionando artigos através dos Descritores em Saúde (DeCS): Diabetes Mellitus; Idosos; Autocuidado, publicados entre os anos de 2015 à 2020, considerando os critérios de elegibilidade e inelegibilidade. Resultados: Foram encontrados 527 artigos na Scielo, 99 na Medline e 3.248 na Lilacs, totalizando 3.874 achados, destes 20 artigos atenderam os critérios elencados para os resultados. A literatura demonstra riqueza quanto aos estudos voltados ao autocuidado, mas existe repetição dos assuntos elencados nos estudos, não tendo um fator que conduza de forma conclusiva a melhora de tal problemática. Considerações finais: Analisar o entendimento dos idosos através das literaturas, e do que tem sido feito para uma promoção de saúde mais efetiva mostrou-se essencial para que fosse possível reconhecer as contribuições dessa estratégia para a melhoria do autocuidado em idosos com diabetes.
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar os diferentes obstáculos e dificuldades que uma família enfrenta quando possui um portador de esquizofrenia no lar, e como a enfermagem pode colaborar com o tratamento e melhoria na qualidade de vida dos mesmos. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, descritivo, do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura (RIL). Para coleta de dados foram utilizadas as bibliotecas virtuais de pesquisa: SciELO, LILACS, PubMed e Google Acadêmico, aplicando critérios de elegibilidade e inelegibilidade para seleção das publicações. Nos resultados mostraram que familiares que convivem com portadores de esquizofrenia possuem dificuldades para entender o distúrbio, identificar e lidar diante as crises gerando uma certa sobrecarga, tanto ao paciente quanto ao cuidador, fazendo-se necessário que a equipe de enfermagem acolha essas famílias fornecendo informações sobre o distúrbio, estabelecendo um impacto positivo nos familiares e paciente, consequentemente gerando melhora para o paciente e família, pois é extremamente importante um convívio social saudável para melhora do quadro clinico do paciente com esquizofrenia, junto ao tratamento com a equipe multidisciplinar. Conclui-se que a relação entre a equipe de enfermagem e os familiares dos portadores de esquizofrenia é compartilhada por meio dos sentimentos e emoções gerados pela experiência entre eles. Ao fornecer informações e realizar o acolhimento, a equipe de enfermagem pode estabelecer uma relação que tem impacto positivo nos familiares, podendo ser uma das consequências da melhoria do cuidado ao paciente. Por meio dos profissionais de enfermagem, é possível refletir sobre as inserções, movimentos e interações estabelecidas entre eles e o paciente esquizofrênico.
