Este texto apresenta uma reflexão sobre a formação continuada de professores como uma ação que não pode ser desencadeada por sujeitos solitários. A reflexão está embasada no pensamento de Hannah Arendt que defende a ação e o discurso como um ato político comunicado entre os pares. A escola pode ser um lugar de desenvolvimento das singularidades ao mesmo tempo que se constitui um ambiente coletivo propício ao desenvolvimento da profissionalidade no exercício do magistério público. Aspectos condicionantes da atividade docente tem mais possibilidades de ser compreendidos e superados, se necessário, quando o grupo de professores toma para si a responsabilidade pelas consequências das suas ações cotidianas.
Resumo A formação continuada das professoras alfabetizadoras da rede municipal de educação de Lages-SC, através da política pública do Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PNAIC), é o objeto de análise neste artigo. O objetivo geral foi investigar o impacto do PNAIC na formação continuada das professoras alfabetizadoras da rede municipal de educação de Lages, buscando evidências da contribuição efetiva do PNAIC na sua formação. Os objetivos específicos foram: identificar qual a concepção de ensino-aprendizagem que as professoras alfabetizadoras construíram a partir da formação continuada do PNAIC; verificar se a concepção das professoras alfabetizadoras está voltada para a alfabetização na perspectiva do letramento; e analisar se o PNAIC contribuiu para a prática pedagógica. Participaram da pesquisa dez professoras alfabetizadoras. A pesquisa demonstrou que a formação continuada, apesar de proporcionar momentos de estudo teórico e prático, não chegou a provocar mudanças conceituais significativas.
Resumo: Focamos neste trabalho algumas das tensões vivenciadas por professores-pesquisadores vinculados ao sistema de Pós-Graduação (PG) brasileiro, no contexto das transformações recentes da universidade. Os protagonistas da PG buscam alternativas éticas para o que consideram descaminhos na produção de conhecimentos científicos. O trabalho decorre dos resultados de um conjunto de pesquisas subsequentes sobre temas associados à produção intelectual e ao chamado produtivismo acadêmico no contexto da comunidade científica, mais especialmente, no campo da educação, desenvolvidas na última década por diversos pesquisadores, em grupos ou projetos de investigação (a maioria financiadas). Os resultados vêm mostrando, cada vez mais, maior interferência de organismos nacionais de regulação, controle e avaliação do sistema de PG, sobretudo irradiados
O objetivo geral deste estudo é refletir como a formação continuada pode contribuir na construção coletiva de saberes docentes das professoras de Educação Infantil. O estudo foi realizado na rede municipal de ensino da cidade de Lages, em Santa Catarina, em dois Centros de Educação Infantil (CEIMs). As participantes da pesquisa foram sete professoras atuantes na Educação Infantil, que participaram das entrevistas semiestruturadas, contendo oito perguntas abertas. Em relação aos resultados encontrados, as participantes do estudo demonstraram que a construção do conhecimento não deveria levar em consideração apenas as experiências advindas de fora para dentro, de exigências externas, mas partir de dentro para fora, da essência do próprio educador, a partir de seus interesses, necessidades, valores, intuições, crenças, vinculando-se à sua própria existência. Os resultados demonstraram, ainda, quais saberes docentes as professoras necessitam em sua prática.
