Objetivo: Caracterizar o perfil da gerência local de saúde da Atenção Primária. Metodologia: Revisão integrativa de literatura a partir da BVS e da BDENF, utilizando as palavras-chaves “Gerência de Serviços de Saúde” AND “Atenção Primária à Saúde”. Foram incluídos artigos publicados em todos os idiomas, de 2006 a 2015, resultando em 14 estudos. Resultados: Observou-se o predomínio do enfermeiro como gestor local de saúde, e a importância de habilidades como liderança, comunicação, organização, planejamento, bom relacionamento, conhecimento, criatividade, e capacidade de motivação. A formação continuada foi evidenciada como importante ferramenta para qualificação da gestão. Conclusão: A definição das competências do gestor local de saúde e discussões sobre a gestão de tais serviços de saúde é essencial para a qualificação da rede de assistência no SUS
Background: Cancer incidence rates have been increasing, and today cancer is the second most fatal non-communicable disease in the world. Objectives: To understand the meaning of the management of nursing care delivery to cancer inpatients in a general hospital. Methodology: This qualitative research used the Grounded Theory methodology. Semi-structured interviews were performed with 14 participants (6 nurses, 5 nursing technicians, 1 nutritionist, 1 psychologist, and 1 patient's relative) between August and October 2010. Results: After analysis, 13 categories emerged. The core category was Understanding how professionals excel themselves and how important is interdisciplinarity when comparing the management of humanistic and humanitarian nursing care recommended for cancer patients with the health professionals and family members' experiences in an inpatient unit of a general hospital. Conclusion: The management of nursing care delivery to cancer patients is considered to be strategic to patient-centered care. Both patients and family perceive nursing as their main source of support. Multidisciplinary care and ongoing training are identified as promoters of cancer patient care.
RESUMO: Objetivo: Apontar os fatores que interferem no gerenciamento do cuidado de enfermagem aos pacientes oncológicos internados em um hospital geral localizado ao sul do país. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que utilizou a Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados, com a abordagem Straussiana para a análise dos dados. Foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com 14 participantes: seis enfermeiros, cinco técnicos de enfermagem, um nutricionista, uma psicóloga e um familiar, no período de agosto a outubro de 2010. Resultados: Como fatores intervenientes foram identificados o gerenciamento da unidade realizado pelo enfermeiro, a dor oncológica, a necessidade de capacitações, o vínculo com a família, o relacionamento interpessoal na equipe, a não-especificidade da clínica e o processo de morte. Considerações Finais: Os profissionais do hospital generalista apresentam dificuldade em ofertar uma assistência direcionada e adequada à complexidade do paciente oncológico, reiterando a importância do suporte da educação continuada, interdisciplinaridade e satisfação no trabalho. Method: This is a qualitative study that used the Grounded Theory, with Strauss approach for data analysis. Fourteen participants have been interviewed through semi-structured interviews: six registered nurses, five nursing techinicians, one nutritionist, one psychologist and one person of patient's Family, from August to October 2010. Results: As intervening factors, it was identified: management unit performed by nurses, cancer pain, the need for training, bonding with family, interpersonal relationships on the team, the non-specificity of the clinic, and the process of death. Conclusion: The general hospital professionals have difficulty in offering a specific and appropriate care to the cancer patient, reaffirming the importance of the support of continuing education, interdisciplinarity and job satisfaction.
