A campanha da fraternidade é uma ação evangelizadora proposta pela Conferência Nacional dos Bispos do Brasil (CNBB), acontece no Brasil desde 1964, tendo como objetivo trabalhar nas comunidades/igrejas temas diferenciados voltados para as garantias dos direitos sociais, considerando o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana. Sendo assim, este estudo dedica-se à escrita sobre as práticas de educação popular em Roraima, desenvolvidas pelas pastorais da igreja católica. Entre as suas práticas, destacam-se às formações e capacitações realizadas no contexto da campanha da fraternidade. Soma-se a isso, as articulações e formações da campanha da fraternidade da Diocese de Roraima no contexto pandêmico. Como parte destas ações, apontar-se-á à importância da educação popular e a suas formas. Utilizou-se como método uma revisão de literatura, a partir do fichamento e análise de livros específicos acerca da participação popular e educação popular, além de documentos da Igreja Católica que deram embasamento à prática da equipe de formação da campanha da fraternidade da Diocese de Roraima. As discussões dos resultados foram pautadas em tópicos da participação popular na CF/88, além de questões inerentes à educação popular no Brasil e no Estado de Roraima, com base nas ações das práticas da equipe de formação da Diocese.
