O presente artigo tematiza a formação inicial de professores para contextos inclusivos. A partir da análise do currículo de seis cursos de licenciatura de três universidades públicas federais, foram identificados dois grupos de disciplinas que versam sobre educação especial e/ou educação inclusiva. Essas disciplinas possuem carga horária e presença mínima nos percursos formativos. À despeito desse mínimo, as disciplinas ampliam o debate relacionado ao direito à educação, à justiça social, aos modelos de deficiência, ao capacitismo, ao reconhecimento e à valoração da diversidade humana nas salas de aula.
Abstract:In face of the meaning of work for people with disabilities the labor inclusion still facing paradigms that deny such opportunities to these guys. The adaptations in the workplace which enable the realization of tasks proved to be an important contribution for the changes in this way. This study proposes the development of a concept of Assistive Solution as a process of working practices for people with disabilities within the workplace, which occurs from the entanglement between the agent, the scene, the act, the agency and the purpose of the subject. The concept was developed from literature research and observations, and was tensioned with a multi-case study in a large company of Porto Alegre. We present here an excerpt in which the technology transcends the use as a resource, allowing to solve specific situations in the context under study.
