The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturer performance on student learning motivation so that learning can be optimized in accordance with campus academic guidelines. The method in this study was quantitative using simple linear regression analysis with a sample of 220 respondents. The primary data source used a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents according to the sample in this study. The results of the study obtained a significance value of 0.456 so that there was no effect of lecturer performance on student learning motivation. And the R Square value in the determinant coefficient table is 0.003, which means that the influence of the lecturer's performance variable on learning motivation is 0.30%, it can be assumed that there are many other factors that influence student learning motivation that are not examined in this study such as family relationships, relationships with friends peers, infrastructure and so forth.
This study was aimed at finding out teacher’s beliefs concerning learners’ autonomy in MA Masdarul Ulum. Qualitative research with case study study was applied by with two teachers of English of MA Masdarul Ulum as the participants. Observation and one-on-one interviews by using open-ended questions were administered to collect the data on teacher’s beliefs concerning learners’ autonomy in MA Masdarul Ulum. This study revealed the following: 1) Learner autonomy as the ability to understand and accepts responsibility for their own learning, 2) Teacher’s roles in developing learners’ autonomy were as a facilitator, counselor, resource, manager and organizer, 3) Teacher’s use group seating, and U-shaped can support cooperative learning that will help the students to develop their autonomy, 4) Indonesia current curriculum encourages the development of learner autonomy, and 5) The most effective way to practice learner autonomy in Indonesia are; hand-on exercise, small group discussion and project-based tasks to encourage collaborative learning
Hadrah merupakan sebaris penabuh, para pemokol, yang terdiri dari 4-5 penerbang bahkan lebih yang terdiri dari beberapa alat hadroh yang ditabuh sehingga dapat menghasilkan bunyi yang dapat mengiringi syair yang di nyanyikan. Dari sisi audien, sebagai contoh, seorang muslim dapat mengambil banyak dengan maraknya program agama Islam di radio dengan mendengarkan seni musk hadrah di radio dengan menghayati syair yang terkandung didalamnya serta dapat menikmati musik dari alat pembantu nya. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji 2 rumusan masalah, pertama, Bagaimana pelaksanaan seni hadrah di pondok pesantren Al Amalul Khair kota Palembang dan bagaimana tanggapan masyarakat di sekitar terhadap seni hadrah sebagai media komunikasi dakwah islam ?. kedua, apa saja faktor hambatan yang di alami santri dalam menjalankan tugasnya ?. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan Pelaksanaan seni hadrah di pondok pesantren Al Amalul Khair kota Palembang sering dipakai untuk acara-acara di pondok seperti maulid nabi Muhammad SAW, haul pondok, milad Fatimah r.a dan acara resmi yang lainnya yang melibatkan seluruh jajaran yang ada di pondok baik ustadz ataupun ustadzah dan ulama-ulama yang ada di kota Palembang dan seluruh santri dan juga kepengurusan di pondok pesantren. Faktor hambatan yang di alami jamaah hadrah dalam menjalankan tugasnya sering terhambat karena alat hadroh yang sedikit. Jadi apabila pondok ada acara lain.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi adat pernikahan Mabang Handak pada masyarakat Kayuagung, dan mengetahui adat pernikahan Mabang Handak dalam perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adat nikah Mabang Handak merupakan adat pernikahan tertinggi dan terlengkap serta masih dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Kayuagung, tetapi sangat jarang dilakukan, dengan berbagai alasan seperti faktor ekonomi, globalisasi dan lainnya. Mabang Handak dalam perspektif Islam tidak bertentangan dengan Islam karena tidak mengandung kesyirikan dan sebagai asimilasi budaya dalam Islam. Walaupun pernikahan ini mewah tetapi dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat yang mampu, sehingga tidak memberatkan masyarakat. Bagi masyarakat yang tidak mampu menyelenggarakan adat Mabang Handak, tokoh adat memberikan solusi adat pernikahan selainnya yang lebih sederhana seperti Setinong-tinong, Sepinong-pinong, serta Pinang Dibelah. Namun yang perlu diperhatikan dalam perspektif Islam jangan salah niat agar dianggap sebagai orang kaya dan terhormat karena bisa menyebabkan kesombongan, sebab esensi dari resepsi pernikahan adalah guna mengumumkan pernikahan.
This thesis is entitled: “Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Metode Dakwah Ustadz Abdul Somad, Lc., MA (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Jurusan KPI Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang angkatan 2015) with the problems in this study are: What is da’wah method that often used by Ustadz Abdul Somad, Lc., MA and What is the perception of KPI Students in academic year 2015 of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang towards the method of da'wah Ustadz Abdul Somad, Lc., MA. Guided by Suharsimi Arikunto, if the population is less than 100 people it is better taken all, whereas if the population is larger then it can be taken 10-15% or 20-25%. In this study the population is all students majoring in KPI 2015, consist of 114 studentd. While the sample or respondents taken as many as 25% of 114 people, namely 28.5 rounded up to 30 respondents. The results of this study are: The method that is often used by Ustadz Abdul Somad, Lc., MA and good according to respondents is the question answer method and verbal method. While the method that is rarely used by Ustadz Abdul Somad, Lc., MA and is a discussion method.
