O estudo primou por verificar o percurso de formação profissional de treinadores e treinadoras de basquetebol de diferentes idades, que atuam em categorias de base, descrevendo aprendizagens identificadas em contextos formais, não formais e informais. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, cujas respostas foram submetidas à Análise Temática. Os resultados evidenciaram a importância dos três referidos contextos formativos nos processos de aprendizagem profissional entre homens e mulheres, ainda que tenham sido registradas diferenças relevantes entre os dois grupos; para atuarem no mesmo cargo, as mulheres apresentaram maior qualificação formal; treinadores e treinadoras mais jovens tiveram maior número de oportunidades em estágios internacionais em relação aos/às mais experientes. De todo modo, o estudo permitiu evocar, a partir dos relatos obtidos, a assertiva contribuição dos contextos de aprendizagem formais, não formais e informais na formação profissional de treinadores e treinadoras em uma modalidade esportiva coletiva.
The sports career is a process where the athlete, voluntarily, seeks to achieve high levels of sports performance, however it is not known about how the development of the sports career occurred in squash athletes.The aim of this study was to analyze the sports life trajectory of Brazilian squash athletes in different periods of the sports career. Using the Personal Assets Framework (P.A.F.) as a base, we conducted a semi-structured interviews for six athletes (three male athletes and three female athletes), and used a thematic analysis for the interviews. The results showed themes like personal traits, interpersonal relations and the context of the sport practice are themes that allow the development of the sports career of squash athletes. Conclusively that the three aspects, acting concurrently, can favorably favor the development of international squash athletes.
It is to propose a game-based and player-centred approach to teaching table tennis using nonlinear pedagogy insights. Methods: This is an essay which offers a well-reasoned articulated nonlinear pedagogy perspective on coaching and teaching table tennis issues Results: It offers the description of a propose based on a player-centred and game-based approach for table tennis supported by nonlinear pedagogy, illustrating examples of how to apply nonlinear pedagogical principles to design representative learning tasks in order to adapt them to learners' skills level. Conclusion: A novel perspective for teaching and training table tennis is presented here and we intend that this proposal may help coaches to design an effective learning environment.
ResumoConsiderando os principais esportes de raquete (badminton, squash, tênis e tênis de mesa) o estudo teve como objetivo buscar as publicações sobre metodologias de ensino-treino e propor um novo modelo universal, pois os esportes de raquete continuam sendo ensinados, em grande parte, por metodologias analíticas e essas não asseguram que os problemas de ordem tática do jogo serão resolvidos.
