O ensino de Ciências, por vezes, é considerado pouco estimulante pela ausência de atividades interativas, capazes de explorar aspectos experimentais e investigativos dos conteúdos. Neste sentido, este artigo propõe uma sequência didática para o ensino de Hidrostática que é norteada por três metodologias de aprendizagem ativa: Predizer-Observar-Explicar, Instrução por Pares e Ensino sob Medida. A sequência foi aplicada em duas turmas do ensino médio da rede federal. Além disso, foram aplicados testes de leitura e testes conceituais a fim de verificar assimilação dos conteúdos. Para uma aferição quantitativa dos resultados, fez-se uma análise dos índices de acertos destes testes, através de relatórios gerados pelo Plickers. Por fim, os alunos ficaram mais engajados e os resultados estatísticos mostram que as três metodologias integradas permitem assimilação melhor dos conceitos e definições de Hidrostática.
Este estudo tem como foco a criação e a avaliação pelos estudantes da aula piloto “O ritmo dos conjuntos” desenvolvida pelo grupo “Musimática”, formado por três professores de uma escola pública de Educação profissional técnica de nível médio. Esse processo começou em agosto de 2019 com o desenvolvimento de uma proposta didática integrando música e matemática. Duas turmas de primeiro ano de dois cursos técnicos distintos participaram da atividade no dia 28 de novembro de 2019. Ao final da aula foram distribuídos questionários do tipo de escalas diferenciais, que foram respondidos por 54 alunos no total das turmas. A análise quantitativa dos resultados revelou que a aula “O ritmo dos conjuntos” produziu maior interesse, motivação e engajamento quando comparada com uma aula expositiva tradicional (“aula normal”) sobre o tema, no entanto, os dados mostraram que os estudantes ainda acreditam que a aula expositiva tradicional é melhor para o aprendizado do conteúdo e da capacidade de resolver exercícios.
