Background: Wine sea (algae) and Caulerpa types of Caulerpa letifera racesmosa or in any other language communities of Southeast Maluku call as Lat plant. These algae species are used as vegetables and vegetables are very interested in the community and has become a typical regional menu with a fairly high protein content. Methods: This study is a descriptive study to reveal information about the diversity and patterns of sea Wine distrubusi (Caulepa sp) in the village of Letman District of Kei Kecil. Calculated using the species diversity index formula diversity (diversity) Shannon-Winner, namely: H '= - N Σ Pi ln Pi where Pi = ni / N and to calculate the value of diversity and patterns distrubusi. Results: Based on the research that has been conducted in the coastal waters of the Village Letman District of Kei Kecil Southeast Maluku regency, overall research sites found five species of sea grapes that Caulerpa lentifera, Caulerpa racemosa, Caulerpa sertuloroides, Caulerpa cupresoides / serrulata (Forskal), and Caulerpa taxifolia. Conclusion: 4 (four) research station found the type of Caulerpa lentifera with the number 93, the type of Caulerpa racemosa with the number 79, sea grape Caulerpa sertuloroides with the number 53, the type of Culerpa cupresoides / serrulata (forskal) with the number 59, the type of Caulerpa taxifolia by the number 61.
Learning in the digital era 4.0 brings changes for teachers and students. Teachers must prepare innovative digital-based learning to improve students' higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of the PjBL-HOTS learning model on cognitive learning outcomes, critical thinking, and social attitudes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design, which uses a pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. The study used two classes, namely class X1 as the experimental class while class X2 as the control class. The research instrument is in the form of essay questions to assess students 'cognitive learning outcomes and students critical thinking. Meanwhile, a questionnaire is used to assess students' social attitudes. The data analysis used descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. The inferential analysis used ANCOVA and ANOVA analysis with a significant level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an effect of the PjBL-HOTS learning model in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes, critical thinking, and social attitudes. This is because the ability to think critically is always empowered by the teacher at every stage of PjBL
Background: Mangrove forests are coastal ecosystems that usually grow along beaches or river mouths and are strongly influenced by tides. Mangrove crab (Scylla sp) is one of the important fisheries commodities in Indonesia. Mangrove crabs are very prospective as foodstuffs because they have an important nutritional value for the body, with 47.5% protein content and 11.20% fat. The intertidal zone of Wael hamlet is a coastal area located between the highest tides and lowest low tides. This area is a transition from ocean conditions to land conditions. Method: This research uses descriptive research type, which is to express information descriptively about diversity and species distribution patterns. Results: This study shows that mangrove crabs found in the mangrove forest area were 2 species, namely 7 species of Scylla sp and 5 species of Scylla oceanica. Conclusion: This study shows that the diversity level of crabs is low while the distribution pattern of mangrove crabs is said to be clustered.
Mansonia mosquitoes are in endemic forest and swamp areas, dirty environments and unused fish farming areas, Mansonia mosquitoes are aggressive and suck blood when humans are at night, outside the home. Anopheles actively seeks blood during illness and at night. This research uses survey and cross sectional research, it discusses to study mosquitoes, the density of mosquitoes mansonia and anopheles, as well as looking at the development of disease (prevalence) of filariasis. The population in this study is the population and population of mosquito mansonia and anopheles in East Taniwel and Taniwel Districts. Filariasis in Taniwel and East Taniwel Sub-districts, West Seram District was reported in local health centers of around 15 people. The outbreak of filariasis in Taniwel District around 2010-2019. Mansonia bleeds people at home when sick at 18: 00-18: 45. While outside the house at night 20: 00-20: 45. While Anopheles mosquitoes bite humans, at dusk and at night at 16.00-24.00, The peak is 02.00-03.00. The density of mansonia mosquitoes in Sohuwe Village, 4.00 - 5.85, Lumalatal 5.00 - 6.60 and Maloang 4.00-5.50 (moderate), Anopheles in Sohuwe 7.00-9.85, Lumalatal 5.89- 6.82, Maloang 5.00-6.50 (high). The prevalence of filariasis in Sohuwe 0.66, Lumlat 0.88. and Maloang 1.54. There is a relationship between attitudes and community relations with filariasis
