As mudanças no mercado de trabalho possibilitaram a realização à distância de diversas tarefas que exigiam presença física dos trabalhadores. Além disso, a pandemia da Covid-19 forçou a adoção do home office e promoveu a transferência em larga escala das atividades laborais para o ambiente familiar expondo incompatibilidades que podem potencializar o desejo de deixar a organização. Considerando esses aspectos o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a ocorrência de conflitos família-trabalho e a intenção de rotatividade entre estudantes de nível superior que exercem atividade remunerada e, complementarmente comparar aqueles que atuam presencialmente e em home office. Para tanto, foi realizada uma survey descritiva com 121 universitários do estado do Pará, Brasil. O tratamento de dados foi quantitativo e utilizou uma combinação de métodos estatísticos. Os resultados confirmaram a qualidade psicométrica das escalas utilizadas na pesquisa, identificaram quatro grupos significativamente diferentes entre os respondentes, evidenciaram forte correlação entre conflito trabalho-família e intenção de rotatividade e mostraram maior intensidade de conflitos entre aqueles em home office. Contudo, não foi possível afirmar que o home office aumentou e a intenção de rotatividade. As conclusões convergiram com outros estudos e recomendam o aprofundamento das investigações para o enfrentamento de eventuais crises e descontinuidades futuras
Objetivo: Identificar o uso e conhecimento a respeito do cigarro eletrônico entre acadêmicos de medicina. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo observacional, de delineamento transversal. Foi elaborado um questionário para conhecer o perfil dos participantes da pesquisa, onde, dessa forma, conhecendo quantos são usuários, a médias das idades destes acadêmicos, e o conhecimento dos referentes sobre cigarros eletrônicos. Sendo aplicado a 127 acadêmicos de medicina do 7° período no ano de 2022.2, em um Centro Universitário do Piauí. Resultados: Destes participantes, 66 já usaram cigarros eletrônicos pelo menos uma vez e 61 nunca utilizaram esses dispositivos. Em geral, 35 participantes usufruíram apenas de cigarros eletrônicos, 5 participantes somente de cigarro tradicional em toda sua vida, 28 participantes de ambos, e 59 participantes atualmente não fazem uso de nenhum. Foi possível observar, também, que a maioria dos entrevistados dizem ter conhecimento sobre esses dispositivos. Conclusão: A maior parte dos participantes, fazem o uso atualmente ou já fizeram uso de cigarros eletrônicos, mesmo tendo um conhecimento considerável sobre os riscos danosos deste aparelho.
