Los esfuerzos dedicados a analizar las causas que influyen en el dinamismo y evolución de los Sistemas de Control de Gestión (SCG), constituyen hoy día una creciente línea de investigación denominada “Cambio en Contabilidad de Gestión”. Siguiendo el modelo de Kasurinen (2002), este trabajo identifica los factores relacionados con el cambio en SCG, en una PYME industrial manufacturera del Estado de Yucatán, México. La identificación y análisis de la influencia de determinados factores y barreras que afectan el cambio en SGC, ayuda a las PYME en el desarrollo de sus propios programas de cambio.
El micro financiamiento que está orientado a los micronegocios, sobre todo aquellos gestionados por las mujeres, es un tema que está generando un amplio debate en la actual literatura de las ciencias empresariales y de la gestión, ya que se considera como uno de los mecanismos esenciales para reducir el índice de pobreza, sobre todo en los países en vías de desarrollo. Sin embargo, a pesar de la existencia de diversos programas y fuentes de micro financiamiento, la mayoría de los micronegocios no cumplen con los requerimientos para acceder a ellos, por lo cual los ingresos de la familia se están convirtiendo en una fuente alternativa de micro financiamiento para este tipo de negocios. En este sentido, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar los ingresos familiares como una alternativa de financiamiento de los micronegocios ubicados en la Península de Yucatán, para lo cual se consideró una muestra de 565 microempresas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los ingresos de la familia tienen un impacto positivo significativo en el micro financiamiento de los micronegocios que son gestionados por las mujeres.
