RESUMOEste estudo trata de aspectos da ação avaliativa na Educação Física escolar a partir de uma investigação sobre as possibilidades do portfólio. A pesquisa foi conduzida por meio de uma intervenção pedagógica, visando subsidiar a análise de indícios extraídos dos registros da professora e 23 alunos do quarto ano do Ensino Fundamental. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, baseada na modalidade do paradigma indiciário. As fontes primárias foram o portfólio dos alunos e o diário da professora. O estudo mostra que a experiência com o portfólio permitiu que as noções relativas ao processo de ensino e avaliação fossem reelaboradas em um movimento dialógico entre a teoria e a prática e favoreceu a percepção de modificações na relação entre a professora e os alunos; mas a avaliação dos resultados aponta a necessidade de se criarem condições mais adequadas nas escolas para o professor implementar a proposta em suas aulas. INTRODUÇÃOEste estudo buscou conhecer o que o professor pensa, diz e faz sobre a avaliação da aprendizagem em Educação Física no contexto educacional.A carência de mais discussões e reflexões a respeito da prática educativa acende as deficiências observadas com relação à prática da avaliação da aprendizagem. Com base em análises de propostas de avaliação (SANTOS; NETO, 2003) e nos discursos dos professores de Educação Física (MELO, 2008) expostos em algumas pesquisas, evidencia-se um distanciamento entre os apontamentos teóricos e a prática pedagógica de avaliação realizada pelos professores, o que indica falta de conhecimento destes sobre a avaliação e uma postura de acomodação ante a necessidade de mudar a forma como avaliam a aprendizagem dos alunos. Essa ação é feita, frequentemente, por meio da observação em aula e somente no final do bimestre, quando é cobrada a nota.A formação dos professores vista em uma perspectiva crítico-reflexiva é destacada como o meio eficaz para promover mudanças no cenário educacional (HOFFMANN, 1998;MAUD, 2003;OHLWEILER, 1992;SILVA, 2002).Entende-se que é durante sua formação que o professor deve ter contato com as diferentes formas de avaliar na perspectiva da avaliação formativa, considerando sua função de orientar o aluno, situando-o diante de seus avanços e dificuldades e incentivando-o a superar seus problemas. RESUMOO foco desse estudo foi investigar como o professor de Educação Física tem realizado a avaliação no contexto escolar. A amostra foi composta por sessenta e quatro professores de Educação Física, atuantes na rede pública das escolas pertencentes à Diretoria de Ensino da região Centro-Sul, no estado de São Paulo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário misto, e analisados numa abordagem qualitativa utilizando a análise do conteúdo. Os resultados mostram que os professores utilizam diversos instrumentos para avaliar seus alunos, porém, ficou explícita a falta de articulação, interação e interdependência entre os processos de avaliação e de aprendizagem, bem como a falta de conhecimento docente sobre o tema. Aponta-se a necessidade de práticas avaliativas que tenham sentido e significado para alunos e professores, as quais estejam articuladas ao processo de aprendizagem. Este estudo discute a importância da inclusão das atividades acadêmico-científico-culturais (AACC) como estratégia para ampliar a formação dos futuros profissionais de Educação Física (EF) e descreve como vêm sendo compreendidas e conduzidas nos cursos de Licenciatura e Bacharelado de sete Instituições de Ensino Superior de diferentes estados brasileiros que oferecem ambas modalidades de curso. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo-descritivo que utiliza como fonte de dados os regulamentos publicados nos sites das Instituições que foram analisados segundo categorias temáticas pré-determinadas e discutidos à luz da fundamentação teórica da legislação educacional sobre a formação universitária no Brasil. Concluiu-se que as finalidades previstas na legislação têm sido parcialmente alcançadas uma vez que sua implementação nas Instituições estudadas denota apropriação parcial e, algumas vezes, equivocada de seu conteúdo, o que indica a necessidade de ajustes para que o graduando possa ter sua formação cultural enriquecida com tais práticas.
ResumoNeste estudo objetivou-se investigar a produção de conhecimentos sobre a prática avaliativa (PA) de professores de Educação Física (EF) publicada em artigos nas décadas de 1990 a 2010, analisando as escolhas metodológicas, como: a abordagem de pesquisa, o delineamento; os instrumentos e o tipo de população pesquisada. A amostra, composta por 18 artigos, foi coletada nas bases de dados SCIELO, SIBRADID e EBSCO-SPORT DISCUS. O trabalho inclui a descrição e a categorização dos dados expostos em tabelas, analisados com métodos quantitativos e qualitativos. Os resultados apontaram um restrito número de produções, verificou-se que o tema tem sido investigado sob a ótica qualitativa com predomínio de delineamento de pesquisa bibliográfica, apontando a PA do professor com poucas relações que abarquem a complexidade do processo de avaliação nas aulas de EF nos diferentes níveis do Ensino Básico.
