ResumoO subprojeto Pibid Pedagogia Alfabetização da Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências da Unesp, em Marília-SP, busca promover ações dos licenciandos/bolsistas em espaço colaborativo de trabalho, junto a professores da rede municipal de ensino na produção e utilização de Tecnologia Assistiva (TA); além disso favorece a formação e a preparação para o exercício da docên-cia. Os recursos de TA têm por objetivo atender às necessidades educacionais de alunos com deficiência, matriculados em classes de anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, e que frequentam sala de recursos de atendimento especializado. O processo de inclusão de crianças surdas requer observação criteriosa e planejamento adequado das estratégias a serem desenvolvidas, principalmente, considerando que a linguagem envolve um processo sofisticado e complexo, uma vez que está relacionada à elaboração e à simbolização do pensamento humano, permitindo a comunicação do homem com os seus semelhantes. Esse relato apresenta alguns dados de observação e sugestões de recursos didáticos adaptados que vêm sendo construídos a partir de indicativos e orientações de uma bolsista desse Subprojeto Pibid. Salientou-se que a parceria colaborativa entre os integrantes da sala de aula, alunos, professora e possíveis auxiliares do trabalho docente também deve ser incentivada. A construção dos recursos assinalados fundamentou-se numa proposta de colaboração, troca e formação acadêmica, já que representou busca de conhecimento e espaço de discussão da melhoria da prática pedagógica por uma escola de qualidade para todos.
