Resumo As iniquidades sociais são determinantes que inviabilizam a garantia do acesso integral à saúde, afetando também a comunidade lésbica, gay, bissexual, travesti e transexual (LGBT). Esta pesquisa buscou investigar as dimensões do cuidado em saúde para a população LGBT no que compete à gestão dos serviços do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) no município de Cuité (PB). Para isso, adotou-se a abordagem qualitativa, através da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas em profundidade, que foram posteriormente transcritas e analisadas a partir do método de análise de conteúdo. A análise permitiu depreender duas categorias empíricas, sendo elas: (1) “babado, confusão e gritaria”: divergências, discordâncias e desconhecimentos sobre a população LGBT, dividida em duas subcategorias que abordam o olhar das gestoras sobre a comunidade LGBT e também suas demandas, respectivamente; e (2) caminhos e desvios rumo à integralidade da saúde LGBT: fragilidades, potencialidades e perspectivas do processo, também dividida em subcategorias sobre a responsabilização das gestoras e sobre as estratégias identificadas. As gestoras apresentaram pouco conhecimento acerca das demandas e estratégias para a população LGBT e não se percebiam enquanto atores responsáveis pelo cuidado com esse público, contribuindo para a fragilidade e para a desarticulação da rede de atenção no que tange à comunidade LGBT.
Resumo É crescente a população feminina em situação de cárcere no mundo, estando exposta a precárias condições de confinamento que, muitas vezes, impossibilitam ou dificultam seu acesso à alimentação de qualidade, efetiva e equânime, representando, assim, um problema relevante quando tratada no âmbito da saúde pública. Diante disso, este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender aspectos da alimentação no sistema penitenciário feminino da Paraíba. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvida em todas as penitenciárias femininas da rede estadual da Paraíba. Participaram da pesquisa mulheres em situação de cárcere, totalizando 16 participantes. Observamos que o contexto do encarceramento inviabiliza a garantia do direito à alimentação no que se refere à disponibilidade de alimentos, adequação, acessibilidade e estabilidade do fornecimento. A condição da mulher no sistema penitenciário fere a dimensão do direito à alimentação adequada. A alimentação para o ser humano deve ser entendida como processo de transformação da natureza em gente saudável e cidadã. Para isso, é fundamental que práticas que promovam o direito à alimentação considerem os princípios que se relacionam com o mesmo e, assim, superem práticas discriminatórias e autoritárias.
Nosso objetivo é identificar, reunir e sintetizar estudos sobre a Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional de população em situação de rua, através de uma revisão de escopo. Elaboramos este protocolo com base no método proposto pelo Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) e registramos no repositório Open Science Framework (OSF). Para alcançar o objetivo iremos guiar nossa busca de artigos nas bases de dados a partir da questão norteadora: Quais os temas, as abordagens de pesquisa, os lugares de origem, os principais resultados e conclusões na pesquisa em Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional de população em situação de rua? Utilizaremos o software Rayyan para organização e seleção dos estudos, realizado por dois revisores orientados pelos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Se necessário, em caso de divergências, um terceiro revisor irá compor nossa equipe nesta etapa. Apresentaremos os dados de forma descritiva de acordo com o checklist do PRISMA-ScR. Esperamos que a revisão de escopo contribua com outras pesquisas e intervenções que envolvam a população em situação de rua na perspectiva da garantia da segurança alimentar e nutricional.
